my wife recently took her [redacted] in kia cornwall as the car was making a slight
noise from the rear driving side wheel, an hour later we received a phone call
from the dealership explaining that the entire rear brakes need replacing! rotors,
caliper, pads to the tune of $850, the salesman explained that it was a problem
as cars now days brake 50% front and 50% rear [redacted]! she booked the car in for the following friday! on inspection I decided to take it to are local garage, were they did a complete check on the entire check on cars braking system,
to find rotors,pads, calipers were all in excellent shape and did not need replacing!
the noise was down to the sliders on the caliper sticking and needing grease! replaced rear pad $40
