Mr*** purchased the vehicle 3-21-2016, per the records attached the vehicle was inspected and certified on 01-26-and finished on 02-04-This vehicle was Certified before Mr*** purchased the carUnfortunately there was miss communication between us and the body shop
where the car was supposed to be brought to get the front bumper fixedAfter finding this out, we made the necessary repairs We are very sorry about that part, and as an apology, we went ahead and did the undercoating protection package for the customer at no additional cost to themThere was absolutely no lying to the customer, just a set of unfortunate circumstancesWe will love the opportunity to have Mr. *** bring his car in at 60,miles and we will take care of the entire 60K check up at no cost to them. This service is a $329.00 service. Also, we will do a complete detail of their vehicle at that time That is a total value of these services total $449.00. Response received via e-mail to Revdex.com: Good afternoon,1st of all, Sorry for the late response on this..When Mr *** purchased the car, and then brought up the discrepancy on the price, I took care of it within a matter of an hour and got it correctedSince it was too late to re contract the
deal and the fact that he lived out of state, we went ahead and send a check for the difference to the finance institution The issue with the title was also corrected when he brought it up to our attention and we made the necessary correctionsThe new issue is he moved and refinanced the vehicle with a different bank without addressing the fact that the issue with the title was still in process of getting fixed and his new finance institution ignored sending in a letter that we provided him withWhat Mr *** forgot to mention in his complaint is that we have been more than willing to help him and correct the mistake that we made without any resistanceIt was not until he started blaming us for the mistake his bank made, and that is when we had to draw the line in the sandBoth myself and our title clerk Beth *** have been in contact with Mr *** and his wife via phone and emailsI will be happy to provide any additional information or paperwork..
