tires that they had the issue with. We do not want our customers to feel unsafe with a vehicle we have sold them. After this was done, the customer came back and wanted the back tires replaced as well. I am unable to afford to keep replacing the parts on a pre owned vehicle that has tires that have been deemed safe per standard. In this case, I am willing to pay for one of the rear tires if the customer is willing to pay for the other. I feel this is a good compromise for both parties. There was miscommunication between the sales consultant and the customer. This often happens when there is direct communication through the phone. I have not received any calls from the customer with any issues besides the day I agreed to replace the front tires. As I am aware of, there has been no attempt to contact me. I have an open door policy and have my personal cell phone number on my cards for people to reach me. Customer Service is my top priority, and I try to help in any way that I can. However, I am only able to do so much after a vehicle has been taken delivery of. Please consider this option as a resolution and I look forward to hearing from the customer.
