First, I am sorry to inconvenience the customer, unfortunately I have no solution other than to have her put the mailer in the recycle bin. The mailers are produced and then sent to the post office. At which point addresses in specific zip codes that are selected by our advertising... department are printed on the mailers by the post office. It's sent to all viable addresses in that zip code. The mailers do not go to certain selected persons in that zip code. I do not know if the post office can help with a solution. Again we do apologize.Sincerely,Kia of Santa Fe Management
