[redacted] sold me a new Kia as I was leasing a Kia Forte with himHe never took care of the lease and now I am getting bills saying I am late I traded in my lease with [redacted] and financed a new Kia Forte with him he never took care of the lease and ruined my credit and now I have to run around trying to take care of all this his mistakes and problems

I was charged was too much for a couple warranties, I asked for them to be removed by letter in dec, and he has been rude about itNever refunded

Bought Kia Sportage 10-8-from Kia of SomersworthAs part of negotiated 3-year lease, oil changes (per year=6), tire rotations (3), state inspections (per year=3) were all included free of charge as part of sales agreement; as long as work is done at Kia of SomersworthSince they are out of business, I am still due oil changes and a state inspectionI don't see a way to recover the costs I will incur when I have to go to another dealership, over an hour away, to do the oil changes and state inspection

I went into the Kia Garage on 9/to ask about having tires put on my car for inspection (the present ones would not pass) I told the owner that I had "tires for life" as part of my sales agreement He became extremely irate and verbally attacke me in front of several other customers I was trying to tell him that I had gotten an estimate of new brakes (also needed) at Key Auto and that if could match the estimate I would get them done there and have him put the tires on (due under my sales agreement) He just went off the deep end and told me I was trying to get something for nothing and he was not going to honor the agreement I have had my car for eight years I have always had the work done at KIA They did replace the tires in (6/4) under protest I am years old and cannot understand how any "business man" can talk to anyone the way he did to me I am enclosing a copy of the warranty/authorization #from

Driving from WFB to Dover on May 9th, 2018, the right front tire "exploded" breaking the left rear view mirror broken (a hole thru the metel (sic) and broke the glass For the past years I have been taken (sic) my Kia Forte to Kia of Somersworth for services As soon as I arrived home, I took the car for a new mirror and new tires and to have lines of black rubber marks buffed off the left side of car I was told by MrPour that Kia didn ot have a white rear view mirror but he could order the black one and paint it white Cost $ He said I should have sensors on all four tires at $a piece $total I had to buy new tires in South Carolina to make it home Under the drivers door was a dent with areas of paint chipped off He could paint that when he painted the mirror Cost Total $1, I left the car to be done When I picked up the car days later I had two new tires, a black rearview mirror and the black rubber bufffed off the length
