It is our contention that Automax Streetsboro did not uphold the "agreed to and documented amount used for payoff"How could they? They never documented or called the Ohio Educational Credit Union for a payoff amount even though my husband provided our sales consultant with our account number and phone number for the credit union so that they could verify the total balance remaining on the loan, because we believed that they would honor their inducement to purchase a vehicle from their auto store It now our belief that MrSteve J [redacted] never intended to honor his offer to pay off the car loan, because when my husband attempted to speak with him regarding the loan payoff after verifying with the credit union that no payment had been received from Kia of Streetsboro and no representative had called to verify the outstanding loan amount, he told my husband that I signed the lease agreement and that he did not see any loan payoff on the lease documents(As you are aware, lease and purchase agreements are prepared by the sellers not the buyer.) After this initial phone conversation with MrJ [redacted] , and many attempts to express our dissatisfaction by phone with MrJ [redacted] as well as sales consultant Tamara C [redacted] , MrJ [redacted] , at some point during the week of October 19, 2015, had someone prepare a check for $2100.00, which was not the full payoff amount on the other car loan and no one could explain how the amount of the check was determinedEventually, MrH [redacted] had another check prepared in the amount of 685.00, which still did not fulfill the balance owed in the amount of $To this day, Kia of Streetsboro has not paid the balance owed of $If Kia has presented the Revdex.com of some form of documentation that shows an agreed to and documented amount for the loan payoff, we would ask that we be allowed to see this document

Not true. The disclaimers for the advertised price were not revealed until after traveling to the dealership, driving the car and getting a price workup from the salesman. The radio, TV & internet advertisements never mentioned anything about the $11990 price only being for military and college students. If it did, I would not have wasted my time driving there. Even the 2016 cars sitting on the lot with the giant $11990 price graphics do not show any disclaimers. It's nothing but pure and simple false advertising.

[redacted] purchased her focus from Kia of Streetsboro approximately a few weeks ago. She brought it back in because it was making a noise. We found that one of the rims on the vehicle was damaged and off balance. We replaced the rim and mounted the tire back on free of charge. We also checked all...

the other rims and were within guidelines required. She proceeded to take it to a different mechanic and they claim that she needs all 3 rims to be replaced. We have already went to lengths to fix this issue and feel it has been resolved on our end. We have no further commitments to be filled at this time.

I am rejecting this response because:Because it took over 70 days to pay off the vehicle, my credit score is ruin.  I want you to do whatever it takes to repair my low score that you caused. Contact Transunion, Experian, and Equifax and the finanance company Santander and clear my name.
