I just had the worst experience of bait and switch at this dealershipI would NEVER buy a car from themThey advertised a price for a car on their website and on car fax.com as $20, Then after we were ready to buy the car the salesman said that car fax is a third party website and they have no control over how they advertiseThey said on their website it says $22,In fact their (the dealer)website says $20,Then it gives you how much it would cost per month if you financedOnly if you press a small print button for payment options does it direct you to a second page where in very small print it says $20,after $2,down and the monthly payment is only after approval with over credit score How deceiving! Then to add insult to injury the salesperson came back after speaking to someone and told us the price was $22,plus $1,for setting up financing and another 1,for some other absurd feeNow we went from $20,to $24,so we walked out the doorBuyer beware!

I will however NEVER accept anything but the truth regarding this transaction.
I do have the bank records to prove this.

I just had the worst experience of bait and switch at this dealership. I would NEVER buy a car from them. They advertised a price for a car on their website and on car fax.com as $20,000. Then after we were ready to buy the car the salesman said that car fax is a third party website and they have no control over how they advertise. They said on their website it says $22,000. In fact their (the dealer)website says $20,000. Then it gives you how much it would cost per month if you financed. Only if you press a small print button for payment options does it direct you to a second page where in very small print it says $20,000 after $2,000 down and the monthly payment is only after approval with over 800 credit score. How deceiving! Then to add insult to injury the salesperson came back after speaking to someone and told us the price was $22,000 plus $1,000 for setting up financing and another 1,000 for some other absurd fee. Now we went from $20,000 to $24,000 so we walked out the door. Buyer beware!

Head of service department yelling at me and threatening to call the cops for a rental car they gave me. Absolutely horrific experience. I have also filed a complaint with Kia's corporate office but the public should be aware of the extreme nature of a person called Tony who claimed to run this team. Abusive and obnoxious person.

Leased this vehicle 3 years ago and came into the dealership on 07/**/16 to complete a "simple" option of buying out the same car and financing it. The buyout agreement states that there is a $150.00 dealer fee. Once the financing was in place, we came in to sign the paperwork and were advised by the finance manager, Kyle B[redacted] that the dealership has added a $1000.00 for "handling financing" and would waive the $150.00 fee. This was outrageous, so when we disputed the "fee", [redacted] offered to cancel the $1000.00 and charge us the original $150.00 fee as stated in contract. It was a frustrating experience and "fraudulent" business practice. We thought we were done, but [redacted] advised us that we have to come back the next day to inspect the vehicle. Again, sounds simple, but is wasn't. Next day, my wife brought the car for an "inspection". Keep in mind that this car was inspected by NYS within the past month. Once the vehicle was inside the shop for almost an hour, the inspection sticker was removed and my wife was advised that most of the lights do not work and a tire needs to be replaced even though all the tires were replace within a year. The service manager, Tony P[redacted] stated that he would not release this vehicle until all this work is completed. You would think that some lightbulbs and a tire for a Kia is around $100.00, but no. After being extorted by this dealership and spending 3 hours, the total cost of "inspecting" this car was $424.00…I spoke to the dealership’s general manager, Tony D[redacted], who insulted my intelligence and denied any wrongdoing by the staff in sales or service. Very sad to see this kind of business practice in 2016 by a local, new car dealership towards a returning customer. Would never come back and would warn everyone to stay away.

Review: I put down a $500 deposit on a Toyota Rav 4. I was assured multiple times that this deposit was completely refundable.

I was unable to complete the deal and asked for my deposit to be returned. I have had emails ignored and not been able to get my refund.

These emails went to the salesman [redacted] and to the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit returned in full.

Review: I was over charged for a vehicle . They will not let me see the actual price of the vehicle I financed for . They are hiding fake fees and will not let me see the bill of sales . They added on 10k more on the price then the car is actually worth .Desired Settlement: At least 5000 off what I owe

Review: I am receiving notices from this dealership advising me that my "Kia Sportage" is due for service and to contact them to schedule service. Unfortunately, I have never owned a Kia vehicle whatsoever. I have contacted the dealership several times via phone for the past 6 months requesting removal from their mailing list as I clearly was incorrectly included in the service solicitations. I've been ensured by multiple customer service representatives as well as a gentlemen who identified himself as a service manager and that "he's in charge", all stating that I would be immediately removed from the list and not see further mailings.Desired Settlement: All I wish is to be completely removed from any and all mailing lists from this dealership and from Kia in general. The mailings are wasteful and are clearly in error.
