Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/01/26) */ Sorry for late reply as I didn't get the first notice of the complaint [redacted] and [redacted] were contacted by our dealership during a sales call to discuss our current promotionsThe clients made an appointment with our sales rep to come in Sat at pmWhen they arrived they filled out a guest sheet stating they came in for the 10k test drive event and they were looking for a new Kia SUV [redacted] mentioned that she didn't have a good experience with the previous owners so she wanted to be treated like a preferred customerTheir budget was around XXX-XXX per month and they wanted to put downAfter driving a [redacted] and [redacted] made a decision to put down a deposit of $and completed a credit application with our finance departmentThe vehicle [redacted] and [redacted] purchased was not in stock and we had to purchase the same day from another dealer and have shipped here for the client [redacted] and [redacted] were aware they were completing paperwork as they were approved the bank and that their vehicle would arrive in the next two daysThe clients purchased extended warranty, vehicle protection package and a vehicle wear package as well and declined all insurances for life and disabilityClient also left a void check and their contract was fully fundable by the lender to usMonday when the vehicle was slated to be arriving the client called and said they cannot purchase anymoreWe advised the clients we already purchased a vehicle for them and that the finance company had paid the dealership for the vehicleThe vehicle was delivered to [redacted] and [redacted] at homeWe recieved a call from [redacted] and forwarded all paperwork and no further action was taken towards Kia of Red Deer.We can help the client reduce the amount of the loan if they would like to cancel the warranty and wear packagePlease let me know what else is required as we are unable to reverse the contract with the lenderI have attached the initial worksheet, copy of approval dated Dec 6, bank contract signed dated Dec 6, copy of void check and bill of sale showing vehicle test driven and then bill of sale showing confirmed VIN once purchased from other dealer

The owners of this dealership purchased the dealership & received previous customer records along with itI have never dealt with the current management of this dealership, and now never will!!!! Their sales staff have repeatedly called me, month after month since approximately February of 2015....at least once a month! I have told them over the phone, and in writing on their *** page, that I do NOT wish to be contacted by them....and they have said they would comply (which is also in writing on their *** page), and they STILL call me*** ***

After driving a 2015 [redacted] and [redacted] made a decision to put down a deposit of $5000 and completed a credit application with our finance department. The vehicle [redacted] and [redacted] purchased was not in stock and we had to purchase the same day from another dealer and have shipped here for the client. [redacted] and [redacted] were aware they were completing paperwork as they were approved the bank and that their vehicle would arrive in the next two days.
