We have made multiple attempts to contact Hedberg regarding our concerns dating back to November and continue to receive no response We have a list of items on our new construction home needing attention along with other items that have gone unfinishedNot to mention a second list of items that Hedberg has told us to hold off on until the one year mark and then those items will be addressed If we are still working to get items from November addressed now in March and after several attempts of contacting Hedberg receive no response we have great concern for waiting any longer on the one year items
Our month old daughter has been walking down the stairs twice now when a spindle has come completely off the stairway causing a huge safety concern Not only could she fall down the stairs due to this but she could also fit between the gaps of the spindles and end up falling a great distance down which could be fatal This needs Hedberg attention immediately
