Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me if that is the most that they will do I have spent approximately 6-hours trying to get this resolved over several months My last correspondence with Kiara was 1/27/(see attached), and I had many, many telcalls, emails back & forth as you can also see Therefore, I accept this resolution with the caveat that the Revdex.com review my attached correspondence with Kiara, because I have tried numerous times to get this resolved I have been ill over the past few months and I am getting my strength back, that is why I am following up again recently Also, in the meantime, I had filed a complaint to the NJ Revdex.com as that is where I was told by Kiara that the business address was When I followed up with the NJ Revdex.com, they replied that they could not find a business Kiara in New Jersey (also attached)To Kiara, I appreciate your customer spirit, however, if you also seriously review the attached, I would more so appreciate my full refund of the charges as of these is for something I never received, therefore I consider illegal Also, again, I responded to an AT & T psurvey AT & T is our internet and TV provider It offered a "free gift" in return for completing the survey, not a "free trial" There were other items to choose from as the gift, and I chose yours amongst others It was understood to be a GIFT in response for taking the time to fill the survey, or at least that is what I understood, and so would others I believe.Upon receipt in my bank of my refund, I will gladly send the products back By the way, am I also to pay for shipping both ways for all of this as well as the overdraft charge the 10/24/withdrawal caused? I would appreciate a quick resolution as I have spent so much time trying to get somewhere with this...Sincerely, Cathy M [redacted]

In regards to the complaint that was received and the complainant [redacted] , our position on the matter is below for your review.Per system records,the following orders were placed on 1/8/2017: One {1) Serum Trial - $S&HOne {1) Cream Trial - $S&H Shipping Assurance - $2.95As agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we send you a 30-Day supply of product for the price of shipping as part of a Day Trial, which begins the date of the orderYou have Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if you would like to continue receiving it monthlyIf you decide that you do not wish to receive the product monthly,all you need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel your Trial for youHowever,we did not receive a cancellation request in the Day time frame, so we charged the full price for the product that was ordered.However,as a courtesy to the customer,we have issued a full refund for the products ordered to the customer in good faith that they will return what they have received to the following address:Kiara ReturnsPO Box 52033Phoenix,AZ 85072-2033However, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we are unable to refund any charges associated with shipping the product.Refund Information:02/13/01:34pm- Refunded- $97.41Tra[redacted] Please be advised that while refunds typically take 5-business days to process, I have seen it take up to daysIf you still have not received your refund by this point in time,please contact your financial institution for alternative methods of obtaining a refund.Sincerely, RachelKiara Customer Support

supply of product for the price of shipping as part of a 14 Day Trial, which begins the date of the order. You have 14 Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if you would like to continue receiving it monthly. If you decide that you do not wish to receive the product monthly, all you need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel your Trial for you. However, we did not receive a cancellation request in the 14 Day time frame, so we charged the full price for the product that was ordered. Per system records, the customer did not contact us regarding the account until 12/8/2016. We have not heard from the customer regarding these charges since 12/9/2016. As a courtesy to the customer, we have issued a full refund of $98.41 and $97.41 for the products in good faith that they will return anything that has been received to the following address: Kiara Returns [redacted] Phoenix, AZ 85072-2033 We suggest that you ship through USPS, as most other shipping companies do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please be advised that while refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, I have seen it take up to 30 days.
