I am rejecting this response because: The business has made NO attempt to resolve this complaint. I find the store manager's response to be completely unacceptable and retaliatory in nature. See attached document for my additional comments.The original purpose of this complaint was to share my information with the business in an open and direct manner which would allow them to hopefully respond in a positive customer-oriented way. Instead the store manager’s response has been to try to portray me as dishonest and to aggressively state that my business is no longer welcome at their dealership. I would say that probably is an unnecessary statement as I and the individuals and businesses with which I am associated certainly would not wish to continue to do business with this dealership especially when concerns and problems are handled in this manner. We will be happy to take our business to other John Deere dealerships where we will be treated with consideration and respect.In summary, I understand the need to stand behind one’s co-workers and employees but in my experience that can be done without demonizing the customer who has had a bad experience. I have tried to be careful to not accuse this business of anything and I have tried to simply share my experience in hopes that it might be useful to the leadership of this business and company and in hopes that I might receive an apology for a bad experience. I am sad to be in this position as I had hoped my concerns would have been addressed in a more amicable, considerate and respectful way

In Response to [redacted]’s Complaint and Response. As I stated with you earlier, I did an in depth interview with every employee that was involved with Ms. [redacted]s tractor, from the beginning to the end.  I had each of them write down a time line of events, conversations and dates...

as they had occurred.  They all agreed on what had happened from beginning to end and they were adamant that we did not cause any of those damages and the countless other things she is accusing us of.  We went beyond what most dealers would have done when it came to replacing the missing fuel cover, we replaced the whole hood at our expense and with no questioning.  Regardless of what she says another technician told her,  I started in this business as a technician and I can tell you, there is no way to know what is all broken inside the transmission without splitting it and looking at it.  Any true tractor tech know that.  You can guess, but you will not know until you split it. We do not guess here.  We fix things correctly and do it very well.  If we felt, in any way, that we had done anything  wrong or caused any of the additions damages she is accusing us of, we would have fixed them without question…period!  I stand by my employees statements and the original statement I wrote to the Revdex.com in response to Ms. [redacted]s complaints. It probably goes without saying but Ms. [redacted] is no longer welcome at our dealership.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
