KickAss Exploding Targets

Review: After storing these targets in a well ventilated open air area in my gun store, my employees and I began noticing a chlorine smell in the store. Around the same time we started noticing widespread corrosion on our firearms. After several weeks trying to figure out what could be causing our problems we noticed that the Kick [redacted] Targets were turning color in their unopened untouched containers. While some of the targets were still bleach white like they had arrived, most of the targets in our store turned an angry shade of fluorescent yellow/green. After removal of these defective targets we almost immediately noticed a change in air quality and a halting of the extreme corrosion. We contacted Kick- [redacted] targets in hope of nothing more than a refund. Unlike the other gentleman who has filed a complaint for the EXACT same situation, we did not even bother asking Kick- [redacted] for help paying for the repair of our firearms. After several emails with a woman who assured us our refund check was incoming, we stopped receiving responses to our emails and calls. Some weeks later we received another email from a different gentleman who informed us that the woman we had been dealing with previously had been fired and that we should never have been offered a cash refund, and that we could only receive a refund in the way of merchandise. Since we were not given another option, we emailed the man back saying we would receive payment in the form of refunded merchandise. This was over two moths ago. Since then we have received a single email from Kick- [redacted] telling us that the 'ingredients are back ordered and will be sent out immediately'. Again this was two full months ago. Since then we have placed a multitude of phone calls, voice messages, emails, and other means to communicate with this company and have received not a single thing in response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND DISAPPEAR.Desired Settlement: Since we do not have a choice I will accept a refund by way of merchandise.

Review: Purchased some of their product in March 2013. Stored unused material in gun safe. Material was unstable and produced what smell like chlorine gas. Caused corrosion on 10 firearms and contaminated inside of safe with chlorine odor. Contacted company, when they responded they said they had some bad chemicals, and had one other report of problem. They said they wouldn't leave me hanging. I was instructed to take my guns and get them professionally refinished. When I asked for billing address or contact numbers and said it would cost $150-200 per gun they balked. Said it shouldn't be over $50. I provided info from local gunsmith verifying cost. People at Kick As targets have gone silent. They won't answer phone calls or e-mails. My guns were damaged by their product. No warnings on packaging, or website. They admitted fault and are now failing to uphold what they told me to do. I just wanted them to do what they said they would do so that by using their product I am not left with damaged personal property.I never asked them to refinish the guns, that was their suggestion. Then they came up with unrealistic price to correct problem and ignored evidence of what it would cost. I have tried dealing with [redacted], and [redacted] to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay to refinish my guns like they said they would. That was what they suggested, that is what they should be willing to do. At the very least they need to offer some compensation for the damage caused by their product, their negligent product labelling and their inability to provide an MSDS for the product.

Review: I ordered products from the company in October 2013. I was told the products were on backorder and I would not be charged until they are available and shipped. My credit card was charged in late October. I have still not received any of my ordered products. Multiple phone calls and emails to the company have never been returned.Desired Settlement: I would like the charges on my credit card reversed or refunded in the full amount.

Review: I placed an order with them back in October 25, 2013 and was told the items were backordered. They told me this to get the order outside the 60 day window that Pay pal will allow a dispute. Since then they have refused to respond to any emails, phone messages and have not shipped the product. I have tried to contact them at least 10 times to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $209.10
