Review: I dined into the restaurant on last night 11/17/2015 my service was awful I didn't receive my drinks until 45mins to an hour after I sat down. I sent for alcoholic beverages taste like no alcohol was in them and paid extra for top shelf. When ask for a manager he came to the table and was very rude and nasty, told me what he wasnt doing and I had to deal with how the drink was. I paid for the drink didnt drink it and paid for food that services was terrible. I want my money back which it was 11 people complaining at my table. I think we deserve the money feel as if he was being racist also we had a waitress that was called into work sick but had to come in because they were short. She looked like a ghost walking. I need someone to reach back out to me I'm thinking of going to the local news here in Richmond, Va. about this.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for all services last night

Review: I went to the restaurant late Saturday night 4/19/15 around 1am along with another 2 people in my party for food and drinks. The waitress was kind and she took our drink orders. She brought the 3 drinks back to the table and 2 of the alcoholic drinks were fine but one of them tasted like straight pineapple juice. The person in my party had ordered Grey Goose and pineapple juice. He informed the waitress that the drink was not good and tasted just like pineapple juice and I had tasted it as well and verified that it tasted as if it had no alcohol in it. When the waitress acted as if she couldn't do anything about it we asked for the manager. He came to the table and asked what the problem was and we told him. His response that the same bartended fixed all 3 drinks so it shouldn't be a problem. We explained to him that we understand that but they were 3 different drinks so that one drink she could have messed up on. The manager was not very friendly nor did he try to resolve the situation and was very defensive. When we were not happy with his response we asked for the manager on duty above him so he then comes to the table with an attitude from the very start. He presented to the table as if our complaint was a waste of his time. We are discussing the issue with him regarding the drink and just asked could he go remake it and he basically told us no that all he could do was add more alcohol to it in which we would be charged for it. We told him we didn't want more alcohol added that we just wanted it remade because it didn't taste right. By that time our food gets delivered which was wrong. One of the people in my party had ordered a chicken breast without the additional toppings with vegetables. Well the food comes out with bacon, cheese, and tomatoes on it. The manager was there when the waitress delivered the food and we told him that was wrong. He immediately catches defense once again saying well she could have entered in the order wrong with no apologies what so ever for the food being wrong. We go on to say that's our point with the drink that the bartender could have made a mistake in making that as well. We basically get into a debate with the manager about the food and drink in which he was very argumentive and unprofessional. I'm to the point where I'm very dissatisfied and upset about his unprofessional behaviour so I say if it's a problem with addressing our issues then we can always go somewhere else. He replies "well go somewhere else." I was in total shock that a manager would let that come out of his mouth. The service we received that night was totally unprofessional and uncall for.Desired Settlement: I want this behaviour from these 2 managers addressed by their superiors.

No I didn't pay for the food or the drinks. After the last manager made his comment "well go somewhere else then" we got up and left.
