[redacted] was a real company that has now been dissolvedA search of the [redacted] Secretary of State's database for business entities will confirm the sameThis company went out of business some time after the was launchedBefore the company went out of business, Kickfurther was able to secure a personal guarantee for the amount owedKickfurther has been using a collection agency to try to collect the balance owed [redacted] is the subject of a lawsuit filed by Kickfurther for breach of contractThe registered agent has been served and Kickfurther anticipates securing a judgment on this matter in the near future [redacted] returned all of the consignment inventory to KickfurtherThere is no remaining debt obligation to KickfurtherThe user is free to take delivery of the inventory funded if he or she so wishesWe have sold some of this inventory and provided payment to users and we are continuing to try to sell this inventoryIn all of these cases, Kickfurther went above and beyond what was requiredWe were not required to track down the owner of [redacted] and get him to sign a personal guarantee or enlist the help of the collection agency to try to recoup fundsWe were not required to file a lawsuit and use our own funds and legal resources to pursue a judgment on [redacted] We were not required to use our resources try to sell inventory the user did not want and pay him or her when we were successfulHowever, Kickfurther did all of these things to give users a better experience even though it cost Kickfurther a considerable amount of time and moneyThere is no guarantee of profit on the platform and Kickfurther cannot totally prevent other companies from breaching the contract

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response from Kickfurther includes several innaccuracies, including one that appears to have unintentionally raises additional red flags supporting my complaint that Kickfurther does not adequately vet consignors or consigneesI have uploaded three supporting documents to clarify my complaintsFirst, and most troublingly, the company information that Kickfurther supplied in its response--the information that they claim I would have easily been able to access through a simple websearch--is not in fact the company that they approved to solicit money on their platformThe screenshot they provided clearly states " [redacted] ***" while as you can see the screenshot I have provided of the offer related to this complaint is listed on the Kickfurther site as [redacted] (with a 'c'), with an entirely different business addressThis not only calls into question whether Kickfurther indeed did the thorough review process it claims to have done, but now it also casts doubt on whether they are even pursuing legal action against the correct company Second, Kickfurther states in its response that they contractually permit no more than 10% of funding from parties affiliated with the consignorI have attached a comment posted by a Kickfurther representative on their website in response to an inquiry that states that anywhere from 10-25% can be funded in this mannerThis communication from Kickfurther representative to the Kickfurther community acts as an official statement, as the terms are not published elsewhere on websiteLastly, as a point of clarification, my complaint in the last response was not that Kickfurther does not require the legal names of the company with whom they conduct business--though their documentation now casts some doubt on that--but rather that they did not require the legal names of the contributors--e.g*my [redacted] legal name--at the time of the offerThat has since changed, and I have included another screenshot in support of that pointThis concern related back not to the company ( [redacted] ), but rather, it provides clear evidence that Kickfurther did not in fact have any basic protocols in place to prevent parties associated with the company from defrauding other contributors by colluding with the companyTo repeat a final point about the nature of my complaint: I have contributed to several Co-ops hosted by Kickfurther, and several of these have failed to provide paybacks in timely manner or will likely not be able to meet their obligationsI fully understand that is part of the risk of the platformThis case is different because it appears to be an instance of fraud carried out in bath faith, not a failed business venture, and my complaints have to do with Kickfurther in this case facilitating that fraud by failing to provide basic protections for contributors to their site Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The failed to hit marks back in August We're in now and it only got sent to collections a few months agoWe are still not getting regular updatesYou mention and/or "legal action." I think 100% of the backers would love for you to immediately press for legal actionI don't expect penny from collectionsIf collections is proving to be successful, please update us as such Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: First, "this user was banned from commenting for violating our policies" - though they don't state what policy I violated or exactly what I said that was so wrong (said I felt scammed and referred others to the Revdex.com - hmmm)I now have no ability to communicate with the companiesThus, I have no way to get information about the recovery of my investmentAnd yes it's an investment in the companies - their Kickfurther "store" where investors can supposedly sell the product they have purchased is a joke, with probably minimal sales (if they'd ever even disclose that)The product is in the hands of the companies I invested in, I don't have any of the inventory myselfRefer to https://www.kickfurther.com/learn-buyers and it shows these companies are supposedly selling the inventory you've helped them purchaseBut both of my co-ops seem to have not even purchased the inventory - it is truly unclear based on the extreme lack of communicationSo what was done with my money??? Kickfurther is doing a good job of having their attorney cover themselvesIt's interesting to note that I can see their lack of action via their postings on the Kickfurther website and can read other members' frustration with lack of payments and information as wellWith one of my co-ops ( [redacted] ), they wrote that their recovery agency has recommended no litigation against the company; so what is the plan to actually recovery the inventory or money then? They don't share thatToday I received an email basically encouraging investors to vote no-confidence on [redacted] ***, even though they have at least made small payments and far more updates than [redacted] , a company we haven't heard from in monthsRevdex.com visitors should use extreme caution if they decide to use KickfurtherI can't even get my paltry $out of my account because they require a minimum of $in your account to withdraw fundsKickfurther is legally most likely fine, but I would argue they are lacking in integrity - how much of my money did Kickfurther keep already? What incentive is there for Kickfurther to really get the co-ops to pay back? I will never do business via Kickfurther again and would advise anyone thinking of doing so to watch outYou won't be able to read all the similar customers instances of dissastifaction and Kickfuther's lack of response within existing co-ops because you can only see the forums for the companies that you invest in Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Kickfurther leadership, It's hard to believe that you are still trying to justify those itemsCan't you just take responsibilities and start making appropriate changes? No matter how you came up with this 40% advertized annualized profit, it is wrong from every perspective (truth in advertising, ethic and morally). Can I ask you why you are finally removing this 40% advertized annualized profit from your website advertising if you think it is just fine?An advertised profit rate should represent an average expectation for an average investorIt should be a realistic and conservative expectationit should not be the result of a hand picked convenient time frame or/and all sort of data manipulation to arrive at the highest profit rate possible. Many active investors have lost money or would be happy to break even in the past couple of years. You have deceived me and many investors by falsely advertising a 40% annualized profit rateYou have also deceived me and many investors (and keep on doing so) by not warning investors of the very high estimated default rate. The overall default rate ( troubled and canceled coops) as calculated by users is now 25%.And I do not believe it includes the identity fraud that you have passed on to your investors. And you still do not document the specific risks of this investment type, including the fairly high likelihood of scams, businesses on their last legs, identity theft and the like that investors are paying for.You are not answering my questions regarding your leadership employees involved in completing stars reviews and making and very misleading statements without identifying themselvesJust to get more investors giving you money.Do you believe this behavior is OK?Also why are you blaming users and businesses at every opportunity you have? Why are you labeling my request as "extremely disingenuous"? You obviously have not read my request and do not care enough to understand itYou deceived meI did not deceive youVery simpleI will be happy to get 80% of my money when back it is all said and done. And please stop bringing up your TOS that you keep on updating as it suits you.At the end, all surveys out there are giving you a poor rating [redacted] (verified users): out of (61.6% dissatisfied users at the time of this writing).Your very own [redacted] page has twice more "star" reviews than "stars" and yet some of the "Star" are from your employees.Again, please take responsibilities and start making appropriate changesBut above all I am asking you to respect the truth in advertising, stop advertizing a 40% annualized profit rate, identify yourselves when completing surveys and clearly highlight the specific risks of this type of investments Sincerely, [redacted]

Kickfurther does not represent its consignment opportunities as being free of risk Instead, Kickfurther specifically states there are risks involved.Prior to users using our site, buyers/users are required to agree to certain affirmationsOne affirmation is: "...the is no promise of regular monthly payments." Another affirmation is: "I understand that there is no guarantee of profit for any and there are risks involved with purchasing inventory through Co-Ops." Further, we tell all users not to rely upon Kickfurther's due diligence and, in fact, all users affirm that they "will do [their] own due diligence when selecting Co-Op(s) in which to participate." Kickfurther obviously cannot have total control over how companies on our platform behaveKickfurther requested immediate return of the inventory in the possession of [redacted] when buyers decided, by vote, to cancel the Co-Op When inventory is not returned within days of a cancellation, the default balance owed for the inventory becomes due At this time, the balance for the [redacted] has been placed with a professional recovery serviceKickfurther may also litigate, or pursue criminal charges against this business owner in the future should this matter not be resolved

All users are expected to do their own due diligence and Kickfurther never states that any on the site is risk freeInstead, Kickfurther specifically states there are risks involvedFurther, we tell all users not to rely upon Kickfurther's due diligence and, in fact, all users are expected to do their own due diligence when selecting Co-Op(s) in which to participate.Kickfurther obviously cannot have total control over how companies on our platform behave, how well products sell, or how easily our businesses are able to collect accounts receivable from other businessesThere are no "late payments" as this is not a loan and there are no regularly scheduled payment amounts Kickfurther is not withholding any funds from usersWe attempt to answer all emails sent to [redacted] Regarding [redacted] : In response to the cancelation in January, we have filed a lawsuit against this company and are working to gain service on the owner

We are not withholding any funds from usersUsers on Kickfurther purchase inventory for product companies on consignment and earn money when the inventory sellsIn the case of Mulberry Silk, the company could not sell their inventory and in such a case, Kickfurther collects the inventory to distribute to our users because the users still own the consigned inventoryWe label these businesses "cancelled" and call these situations "cancellations."Users collectively voted to have the inventory collected by Kickfurther and then individually decided whether or not they wanted to have their inventory delivered to themThe inventory being delivered would supply the users total amount owed to them and this has always existed with no problemsMany users chose thisUsers to this day are welcome to have their inventory delivered to them, meaning we are not withholding any fundsIn the situation of a cancellation, users can also choose to have Kickfurther sell the inventory on behalf of our users instead of getting their money back in the form of the inventory they own immediately. In the payout process there was a problem in distributing funds for a cancelled business that delayed payouts for people that chose not receive inventory as a form of paymentBefore delving further, it is important to state that today we are not withholding any funds from users due to this problemAs the inventory sells we have been making payouts to the users proportional to what has sold.Furthermore, while the problem persisted, the user could at any time ask for their purchased inventory, recouping any funds they deemed being withheld as this is how consignment and Kickfurther worksWe started to sell inventory on behalf of our users and cancelled businesses as this is something we want to do to improve our serviceHowever, our service works to help people purchase consigned inventory and in the event of a cancelled business to procure the cancelled inventory and deliver it to its owners (the users)This was never a problem. We continually pay for our learning, but this is not a case where there was anything to pay forWe are happy to refund the user his outstanding money in the inventory he owns, which totals to $We have ensured to this user and all others that this option is available and always has been availableAll monies that have been collected via sales of their inventory have been distributed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a resolution Sincerely, [redacted]

All users are expected to do their own due diligence and Kickfurther never states that any on the site is risk freeInstead, Kickfurther specifically states their are risk involvedWe did issue a partial refund on this matter, which we were not even required or expected to doWe further
have tried to work with our associates in *** to reach a resolution unsuccessfullyWe then filed a lawsuit against the company, which is currently activeKickfurther is not required to provide refunds or file lawsuit, but we have done both of these things out of our own pocketWe will be continuing to seek the remaining balance on this Co-Op, but because it is noted there is inherent risk, users are expected to do their own due diligence, and we already gave a partial refund we weren't even required or expected to do, we will not be refunding the remaining balance until such time as we are able to collect additional payment from

Kickfurther does its own due diligence on companies launching Co-Ops on the platform, including *** searches on companies and owners, negative news searches, credit scores, etcHowever, we explicitly note users should do their own due diligence (and each user must agree to do so) and users
should only contribute if they feel comfortable with the companyPrior to funding, each user has the ability to ask these businesses any questions the user may haveThis user was banned from commenting for violating our policiesKickfurther has secured judgments against multiple businesses that have breached our contract and recovered inventory for multiple Co-OpsAdditionally, we have hired multiple 3rd party law firms to work on cases where we have been unable to secure a judgment, payment, or inventory on failed Co-OpsWe are also using a collection agency to secure other past-due debtsWe don't present any company as a "strong investment opportunity"In fact, our users are not investing, they are merely buying inventory which they or the business can sell in order for the user to earn a profitThere is a high chance of retail failure in the US and that risk obviously extends to Kickfurther businesses as well

The screening process the customer points to is a new process and page that did not even exist at the time that was launchedWhile we have improved our screening process, we have never made any assurances or guarantees that Co-Ops will succeedWe offered refunds on many of our early Co-Ops as a way to offset users that had bad experiences, but we never indicated full refunds or partial refunds would be given merely because a failedThis business had a valid registration in the state of *** and had manufactured products and sold products in the pastWhile it is unfortunately this failed, all users are expect to do their own due diligence and understand there is inherent risk in our platform

We do our best to provide accurate information to our community and prevent fraudulent Co-OpsAll users are also expected to due their own due diligenceFor the specific at issue, we secured a settlement with the business in which the business was to return all consignment inventory to
Kickfurther at its requestHowever, the business has failed to comply with this request and did not return the inventoryThis matter will be handled by a collections agency and/or legal action

As mentioned to *** in a support email before his complaint was made on Revdex.com, our 3rd party identity verification service was having issues with the photo ID that was uploadedThis is the email that was sent to him: ----- Hi ***, I’m sorry you are having issues with the account verificationWe
use a 3rd party service to do verifications, and they are returning an error saying the ID you uploaded is too smallCould you try uploading a higher quality photo of your license? The same 3rd party service is the one that handles our banking transactions, so your current request will fail on their sideAfter you upload a higher quality image, let me know and I’ll take a look at everything to ensure that your account is verified with them so we can process the withdraw request ASAPhopefully today so that you see the funds within a few business daysLet me know if you have any other questions or issues-----After looking into the issue again the next day, we discovered that our 3rd party identification service manually validated his ID and allowed the withdraw request to be processed and the funds were successfully deposited into his account on Dec 6, In regards to the fees mentioned, the only fee Kickfurther currently charges is a 1.5% withdraw fee when transferring money off of the platformWe are working every day to improve the quality and processes of our platform to improve reliability for our users and regret that *** had a negative experience when attempting to withdraw his funds

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I think that through all the hype there is a deception intended on riskI was under the belief that we had control over purchased inventory and if the deal, investment failed, no monetary return, we still would have inventory to sell on my own accordanceNow I am stuck with a $3,loss with no inventory.
Sincerely,

We answer all emails sent to ***The company the user is referring to, ***, has submitted multiple payments and just submitted another $10,payment two days agoKickfurther obviously cannot have total control over how companies on our platform behave, how well products
sell, or how easily our businesses are able to collect accounts receivable from other businessesThere are no "late payments" as this is not a loan and there are no regularly scheduled payment amountsPrior to users using our site, they are required to agree to certain affirmationsOne affirmation is: "...the is no promise of regular monthly payments." Another affirmation is: "I understand that there is no guarantee of profit for any and there are risks involved with purchasing inventory through Co-Ops." Further, we tell all users not to rely upon Kickfurther's due diligence and, in fact, all users affirm that they "will do [their] own due diligence when selecting Co-Op(s) in which to participate."This consignment agreement has not been cancelled and our users are free to vote to do soHowever, we only take legal action against a company or request inventory or the balance due if the is cancelledUsers also affirm that they understand such cancellation shall be decided by majority vote based on dollar contribution and agree to be bound by this vote. Kickfurther has been openly communicating with the company at issueWe ran our own due diligence screening on the company and require users to do the sameIf *** was truly attempting to defraud users and run away with the money contributed, they surely wouldn't have submitted a $10,payment two days ago and maintained open communicationsWhile it is unfortunately that this may take longer than expected to complete, that is something that all users accept prior to contributing to any as the payments are based strictly on sales and not some structured repayment plan

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The response from Kickfurther includes several innaccuracies, including one that appears to have unintentionally raises additional red flags supporting my complaint that Kickfurther does not adequately vet consignors or consigneesI
have uploaded three supporting documents to clarify my complaints. First, and most troublingly, the company information that Kickfurther supplied in its response--the information that they claim I would have easily been able to access through a simple websearch--is not in fact the company that they approved to solicit money on their platformThe screenshot they provided clearly states "*** ***" while as you can see the screenshot I have provided of the offer related to this complaint is listed on the Kickfurther site as *** (with a 'c'), with an entirely different business addressThis not only calls into question whether Kickfurther indeed did the thorough review process it claims to have done, but now it also casts doubt on whether they are even pursuing legal action against the correct company Second, Kickfurther states in its response that they contractually permit no more than 10% of funding from parties affiliated with the consignorI have attached a comment posted by a Kickfurther representative on their website in response to an inquiry that states that anywhere from 10-25% can be funded in this mannerThis communication from Kickfurther representative to the Kickfurther community acts as an official statement, as the terms are not published elsewhere on website. Lastly, as a point of clarification, my complaint in the last response was not that Kickfurther does not require the legal names of the company with whom they conduct business--though their documentation now casts some doubt on that--but rather that they did not require the legal names of the contributors--e.g*my* legal name--at the time of the offerThat has since changed, and I have included another screenshot in support of that pointThis concern related back not to the company (***), but rather, it provides clear evidence that Kickfurther did not in fact have any basic protocols in place to prevent parties associated with the company from defrauding other contributors by colluding with the company. To repeat a final point about the nature of my complaint: I have contributed to several Co-ops hosted by Kickfurther, and several of these have failed to provide paybacks in timely manner or will likely not be able to meet their obligationsI fully understand that is part of the risk of the platformThis case is different because it appears to be an instance of fraud carried out in bath faith, not a failed business venture, and my complaints have to do with Kickfurther in this case facilitating that fraud by failing to provide basic protections for contributors to their site
