Review: On the internet order form it asked for my waist size, which I did not have. Instead, in their comment section I made the comment that the size given was my pant size. The company did not respond and shipped the order. It was far off in size. Communications with Pat got nasty on both ends, after my 1st response which he said was my fault, even though his company did not respond to my comment on their order form. He did offer me the opportunity to order another item, at the same cost, but he would not accept an exchange. Grant it this is a dual error, but he is accepting no wrong doing on his end, even thought they did not respond to my comment when the order was placed.Desired Settlement: Refund for the $40 charge credit card charge and at his cost return postage.

No comment was ever made about pant size. We do not ask for pant size. We ask for waist size. We are a custom manufacture. If the customer gives us the wrong information what are we supposed to do?
