She also asked that a root color be applied and this service was completed at a charge of $35.00 because she changed the initial request. She was satisfied with the service, paid the bill, and left happy.Approximately one week later she returned with the complaint of fading.The salon owner gave her a $150.00 gift card to be used for anything at the salon.
