I purchased a 2004 Mitsubshi Endeavor from this dealership. I put $2500 down and $1500 payment a month after that which left me with a balance of $2401. My intentions were to pay it off quickly. I even set the monthly payment at $500 because it didn't matter, I was going to pay it off. From the day that I bought the vehicle it had issues and I reported it to dealer. (1) vehicle cut off at traffic lights. (2) month after purchase had to replace tire rods on vehicle. (3) the same week that I purchased vehicle, I had to purchase 4 new firestoneTires. two tires were plugged and leaked one of the Mitsubshi Rims were cracked and would not hold air. I purchased a new rim on ebay. I reported all of this to dealer. He offered a $500 discount off the vehicle and would not take it back because it would not be profitable was [redacted]'s reply. I even had it checked out at advanced auto parts because engine light was on when I purchased. I lived in Glen St. Mary and drove back and forth to jacksonville for work every day. Then 4000 miles over 30 day warranty, the vehicle broke down on I10. Had it towed to R&B Motors in Maclenny, had repair shop inspect vehicle and they said the engine was bad. The lower bearing in the motor was very bad and irreplaceable. recommended new engine at $3080 installed with warranty. I then had it towed to the Mitsubshi dealer in Orange Park. [redacted] in the Service dept. Told me the same thing, Lower bearing in motor shot. Needed another motor. I used my last payment for this vehicle to purchase another vehicle because I needed a ride to work. I called and asked the dealer, [redacted], to forgive the $2401 that was owed because of the issues from the start and the amount of money I had put into the vehicle. I did not want my credit to go bad. [redacted], said he could not help me and asked me if I wanted them to come pick it up. There was fraudelant behavior from the start and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. I would not even care if they kept the vehicle. I did not want this to affect my credit standing and now this dealer has done just that.
