The work that was completed on this job was for touch ups, etc for this home in addition to some caulking touch ups to help mend what appeared to be a leak. We noted that the potential water leak wasn't something we could fix (we aren't carpenters). but we spackled the board where it was warped and...

then caulked the area in question. The problem clearly persisted, which to us indicates an underlying issue that we are not equipped to resolve for her.. We also completed individual walls (not rooms, per her requests) and we extended the project out by a day to accommodate touch ups and additional areas that she wanted us to paint. By the end of the project, we completed several surfaces free of charge. The original work was approved by the homeowner, paid in full, and touch ups were completed for her before we even received payment. A month and a half after the work was completed, she reached out to us to come back out immediately to complete additional work; we weren't able to accommodate her original scheduling request (prior to a home inspection), she became mildly irate. Our schedule stays about a month booked in advance, and a lack of understanding from the client makes future partnerships difficult.  When she reached out to us again, J[redacted] noted that she would need to call a carpenter out to handle any issue that might be causing the persistent leak. Her original contact with the office indicated that there were walls never painted (which we weren't contracted to paint) and that the leak was showing again (not something we can handle). At this juncture, we are unable to complete additional work for Norma, and it would appear that she is inconvenienced by that so she has decided to complain to the Revdex.com. In summation, when we left her house she approved the work prior to payment. We didn't hear from her at all for a month+ after that, when we couldn't accommodate her immediate need for additional projects to be completed prior to a home inspection she became perturbed, and since then the dynamic has become an unhealthy partnership. We pride ourselves on the work we complete, which is why we ensure customer satisfaction prior to leaving a job site, so we regret that she feels neglected but there is nothing further we can or will do at this time.
