Kid at Heart

I ordered for kid at heart ( now using kid at heart llc and spell it out designs) back in Feburary for my daughters 1st birthday that whould have been October I ordered cut outs, boxes, bags, water bottle labels, t shirts for my hostest and toppersThe months leading up me and Chyna (the owner) talked all the timeAround October 2015, Chyna posted on her instagram page (*** *** and ***) that she would be officially closed from october to November 2015, all orders order for October will be completed as plannedI proceeded to message her and she told me she is closed but my order would be completedI then asked why can I no longer find her website (kidatheart.com) she tells me she took it down to go thru another outfit that would be cheaper to runStill not thinking too much into it until I started seeing all these customers on her page pissed that they had not recieved items they paid forI asked her again she told me its not her fault the post office is delayed in shipping items so its taking longer than (mind you it is not holiday season yet)So now starting to worry a little cause we talk all the time its getting closer to my date and still nothing from ChynaNo sample no colors nothing I email her again and verify her shipping date to meShe tells me she will ship monday the latest (which wouldve been October 19, 2015) so I asked her how much for prioirty cause if your post office is delay in shipping and I need this by the 22nd this will not be hereShe tells me I paid for standard shipping (mind you thats 7-days) and that overnight shipping is expensiveI asked how much she says 35$Still have not seen anything so everyone told me to not send any more money to herFinally thursday october I hear from her with what names would I like on the back of the shirts so I am pissed cause she is just now contacting me and I have a party in days no suppliesI contact pay pal for a refund but bc I paid and it was longer than days they could not refund meI contact chyna again via email and she did not respond to me after telling mutal shops we deal w that there was no reason I did not have this package and she needed to contact meFinally this past weekend I see she was back on instagram blocking any negative comments people were leaving about not getting theur products ordered from herSo I commented and of course she deleted it then messages me that she would finally reach out to meI told her nothing to discuss at this point but me getting a refund cause you screwed me out Still to this day nothing has been recieved from herNow she has opened back up stating she is doing letter orders only no longer taking *** but *** wallet and ***Be careful when ordering from her she has turned to be nothing more than a fraud!
