I am rejecting this response because: For said reasons that I can not transport the atvsecondly all my emails have a privacy/confidential note and it is illegal to share it with others the company said in an email they would call me but never did o also offered tho resolve this amicable and din t like to be called a liari have paid the atv as agreedphone calls to the company were never returned either repair replace or face a suit

This Customer is absolutely lyingI offered him help & also let him know he agreed with the Warranty, Terms and Conditions when he placed the order onlineA link to these is belowIt is a parts only warranty, I even went one step further & offered to fix this for him if he brought it to
my house & he could wait for me to adjust the idleThis is Labor at no charge, even though the warranty doesn't cover this This wasn't good enough for him & he wanted me to come to his house & fix the atvI am sorry, but no Honda or Polaris dealer is going to fix his atv at his house, let alone a parts only warranty atv manufacturerBelow is what he agreed to when he placed the order onlineI have also attached the email I had sent him & his response.Link to Warranty, Terms and Conditions he agreed to when he placed the order online:http://www.kidatvs.com/RedCat/redcat-warranty.phpOriginal Email from Customer:HiThe atv has exorbitant problems with startingMy son had nothing but problemsPlease contact me for repair or replacement My answer to his email: I just noticed you are a local guy & I am sure I can get the atvs running correctly for youI thought you were out of townContact me next week and we can have you stop by my house & I will set the carb correctly for you at no charge. Customers Response, Friday 4/22:I have no means of transporting this atvIt is new and should have a warrantyI kindly ask you to come here and fix itI want to resolve this amicable so please cooperate Next thing I know, this Revdex.com complaint comes to me todayAt this point, I am not offering anything to this customer anymoreHe has a Manufacturers warranty & he can go to the manufacturer to get any parts he may needHe doesn't need any parts though, he most likely just needs to make a carburetor adjustmentThere is no parts that would be needed to make this atv run betterIf its running, all the parts are working as they should, but he need to make a idle adjustment or air/screw adjustment on the carbThis is why I offered the free labor/adjustmentIf you buy something online or even at a store, they don't come to your house to to do free labor on anythingThey would usually not even offer you free labor if you bring it to themWhy this Customers thinks its ok to even ask this, tells me something isn't right with his thinking

Its not our problem that you have no way to transport this atv. So, what you are saying is we should be asking anyone who buys a atv if they have a way to transport it if you need to bring it someplace to fix it? or to ride it? or whatever the reasoning behind not having a way to transport it and making this our issue?  I have offered you to bring it to me and I would fix it at no charge to you. Most of our Customers are hundreds of miles away if not thousands of miles away... You happen to be 30 miles away & it seemed reasonable that I could adjust this atv and get it properly running for you and work on it for you at no charge as a favor. This is something ANY other customer of ours out of the State of MN would have to bring to a shop and get it running right AND THEN HAVE TO PAY THEM ON TOP OF THAT to do any work on it. I was offering this for nothing & to help you out. Obviously, this isn't reasonable to you because you have no way to transport a 150lb 4' long atv.... they fit in Minivans & again, this is not our problem. Surely you know someone that has a trailer or vehicle the ATV fits into to get it to me to work on for FREE. But now, you have complicated things.... You brought the Revdex.com into our Private conversation & and then complain about a email from you being shown to them?? hahahaha. really? you did this. Then to make matters worse for yourself, bring up suing us... READ THIS NEXT STATEMENT CAREFULLY You agreed to our Terms, Conditions and Warranty that is printed on the website. After all of this back and forth & wasting time with you over something that you should have actually Thank'd me for being willing to do,  You leave me no choice but to have to follow those Terms, Conditions and Warranty to a "T" now.  You will have to find a local shop to work on it for you if you don't know what you are doing & if you need any parts, let us know & we will ship out any parts you or a local shop would need, just like the warranty states we will do.  You will only pay the actual shipping cost of the part and the part would be covered under warranty, which is exactly what it says on our website & what you agreed to when you purchased this item online from us. Revdex.com, please contact me directly if you wish to discuss this matter any farther. With that said, I am no longer communicating with you or the Revdex.com on thi through this email complaint form. I have rights as a Business also. Revdex.com, if you need to talk to me on this matter any farther, please contact me directly. I will not write anything more than I have already in this statement because of the Legal threats this Person has written.
