Review: I recently purchased a car seat base for my daughter's car seat from this store. I returned within 2 hours to inform the sales staff that the item I purchased was not what I thought I was getting. The base was in a box that had been retaped after being opened. The car seat base that was in the box was not the car seat base advertised on that box. I thought I was purchasing a [redacted] Snug Ride 40, click connect system. The car seat base that was in the box was a [redacted] Snug Ride 30 without click connect system. WHen I returned the item to the store, I was told that the box was unopened and was new in the box and therefore I must have switched the bases. I advised the staff that this could not be true because the base was not what was advertised on the box. The "buyer" for that store looked at the item online and told her cashier that this was not my fault, it was clearly their mistake for not checking the box when it was purchased from another seller.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund, or for them to give me a new Snug Ride 40 base, which is what I thought I was getting and what I paid for.
