I ordered a three month subscription to the Kid Wonder Box for my grandsons for Christmas. They received the first order in December; however, they have not received their order for January, 2020 or February, 2020. I have logged into the website and it shows that the order for January was paid but unfulfilled. (***
Jan 11, 2020 Paid Unfulfilled). It shows nothing for February. I have contacted the company via email at least five times and have received no response. I can find no phone number on their website or anywhere on any search. I believe they have no interest in customer service, no interest in fulfilling their obligation, or refunding me the money paid for this present to my grandchildren.
