Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
My complaint entirely was how poorly I was treatedSince last year in August I tried getting documents on my sonI was unaware of him being there for daycareI simply called to request information on my sonAt that time I shared custody with my ex and learned that he has been attending their daycareI called a few times back in August, September and October to get nothing but my Manager will call you back as soon as they get inI also tried getting information from my ex-wifeNothing happened for quite some timeIn May I did call several times and received again nothing but my manager will call you backWhen I finally reached someone, I still was treated poorly and that is when I finally contacted the state and filed a complaintAfter receiving the receipts and one copy of the registration form, I learned that my son was not allowed back to the daycare until that was all figuredThey punished my child for what his mother had done in the first place. This entire situation should have been handled back in August of I truly felt discriminated against and hope no one else runs into this problem

Please be advised though we did ask for this particular child to be picked up on a certain day as the child was having a challenging time acclimating to a one teacher to children ratio, we did not disallow the child in question from using our servicesWe simply asked the parent to communicate with us about ideas and practices that may assist is aiding in a possible transition to a to ratioWe are a licensed facility and must maintain safety for all our friendsPerhaps this child can acclimate to our licensed ratio, perhaps they can not, we don't know as we never had a chance to tackle that In a calm and business like mannerThe day we called and asked for the child to be picked up was a result of the child requiring one on one careThis compromises the safety of other friends and as such is not viableThis does not constitute a removalThe service was used and charged for correctly, the service provided was of qualityTherefore the money is collected to pay for our operational expenses as our business plan calls for. Hello Revdex.com and those involved with concern #***.Be advised that the person/persons initiating the complaint have also allegedly filed a complaint with the Deptof Social Services Community Care Licensing Division regarding the same concernAs we are a licensed facility this represents a
very important governing body for usComplaints files with Community Care Licensing have one of three possible outcomes/resultsThey are as follows: Founded, unfounded or inconclusiveThe result of the alleged complaint was unfoundedJust to be clear that means the evidence available resulted in not an inconclusive (They said we said scenario), but rather a situation in which the evidence did not support their concernAs we provided proper quality services we did in fact charge for those servicesThe check that the complaint initiator referenced is a refund of monies that are on account that have not been used yet and as they stated themselves was ready has already been mailed to themThe full $mentioned will not be refunded as some of the money was spent on services that we as well as Community Care Licensing have established as being of qualityAgain we have refunded and mailed all monies not utilized already on quality care by the person initiation the complaint. Thank you for your interest in this matter as well as your attention to proper business practices in generalIt is noticed and appreciated. Please feel free to contact us in the event more information is needed in regards to this issueWe have more data associated with this matter but do not wish to cause the person initiating complaint #*** any embarrassment and certainly do all we can to not go on the defensive with any more information than what is necessary to clear the concern, as we try to protect the privacy of our clients

I am rejecting this response because it was their decision to remove my child from their facultiesI'm still requesting my full refund
