after Memorial Day weekend, to tell us the cushions did not fit in tightly enough to her chairsWe had left the seat cushions with her husband. He installed them the first time We had not gotten any of those messages We requested they bring in two chairs, one arm and one side chair, so that we can see how they "fit" in. It was determined at that time, that we probably should have had ALL the chairs brought in because they were all just slightly off and actually sat into a groove and were not placed on top of the chair, and attached, like standard seats.New fabric was ordered, the rest of the chairs were picked up, new cushions were custom made for each individual chair and they were delivered back to the client last week. John delivered them personally and was told by Patricia she was satisfied. I am confident that Pat will reach out to you stating she was happy with the outcome. I honestly feel like it was a complete misunderstanding and lack of communication between the two of usThey are super nice people. This complaint was a real surprise to me and compeletly caught us off guard. That being said, it is important to Micalizzi Furniture to have satisfied clients
