[redacted] June 28th, Dear [redacted] , This is response to the complaint from [redacted] Clearly she is upset because she had to pay for a day that she contracted for child careShe signed a financial agreement ( like our other parents) that you pay for those daysThis is not a new policy,every child care center in the state has the same policyIf we let the parents pay on just the days that the attended , then we would not be able to regulate the laws state requiresWe re required to have qualified staff at all timesWe are not a drop in center.She SIGNED and read the policyI pay my staff for the six holidays that we are closed and I have never had any complaints!!! She was upset because she wanted me to "bend" the rules for her.She also complained that we put a note ( That was folded in have so no one could see) that she owed money.However, the only one who can see it is the person who signs them in and out of the centerIt was her cousin who picked her children up and she has children enrolled here also!! She was embarrassed because she had not paid her billThe SIGNED financial agreement that she signed states they pay the child care every week and she had not paid in three weeks!! I am sure that you do not go to the grocery store and not pay for your groceriesWe should not have to remind parents to pay for their services that we have provided.With that said, she also signed contract that you have to give a two week notice when you take your children out of the centerShe sent a email that said they would not be returningShe also did not pay for that Monday that she was upset aboutHer balance is now with the late fees is $When someone signs a contract this is a binding agreement that she will follow the financial policies that we have in placeOnce again, these policies have been in place for years and no one has ever complainedThey are happy to be in safe and loving facility Sincerely; Danna M***Owner

Per our Phone conversation:We asked Ms [redacted] to please be patient.This is the busiest time of year for our business.We did extra work inside of her garage at no cost to her when we originally worked there.We can’t warranty our work indefinitely and the driveway and walk have no true issues.The 1/8” Small divots in her driveway look like the result of Road Salt.The Job looks absolutely beautiful and will not have any structural issues.We stopped out once and fixed an area for her once already and that wasn’t good enough either
