in the appropriate manner, they are asked to fill out an exit form explaining their reason for giving notice, and on that form they are notified of their balance at the end of servicesIf Ms*** did not know that she owed a balance, it's because she did not give me a written or verbal notice of her intent to leave care, nor did she inquire if she had a balance.Sincerely,Sherri S***
