Mr***, if you read my complaint, you know that Iattempted
to resolve this before filling with the Revdex.comIt is not me, but ***,your service manager, who tarnishes your businessI talked with him twice overthe phone and sent a written letter asking him to contact meI attach thisletter to this communicationAfter all, *** is the service manager, right?If he is unwilling to satisfy me, what would you have me do? I will call for service, but expect ***, or someone ofauthority to respond.

We will honor our warranty as per our agreed and signed Terms, but we Do Not Give Refunds no exceptions.Our warranty states that we will repair or replace the washer and restart the warrantyWe have expedited the delivery for tomorrow
