Amber (his personal assistant, once to request a full refund at that time.   Please note that my initial request for a refund was made to Amber by phone on June 1, 2017 (see attached call log) which was well within a 30-day window.   It was Amber who suggested that I pay an additional $50.00 before making a final decision, as the the fee was going to increase soon.  However, after reviewing the attached agreement, there is not a written notation of fees being non-refundable.Thank you,Dr. [redacted](4 ATTACHMENTS AS WELL)
