We just received your letter of 5/5/regarding the claim filed by I*** ***, ID Our office was called out on 6/6/for a kitchen faucet that was leaking at the spout and dripping under the sinkWe tightened the faucet at the spout and showed the owner how to tighten it in the
future and let her know that if the problem persisted we recommend the faucet be replacedWe charged her $for the service callOur service call is $for hour of service, minimum of hour for any part of that hourAs of 10/24/she had not paid and we called her requesting paymentShe called our office back on 11/7/and said shed be making a payment soonWhen no payment was received by 3/18/we sent her to collectionsShe never called our office saying she was unhappy or that the faucet was still leaking until after we sent her to collectionsWe also made a note on the original invoice that if the problem persisted we recommend replacing the faucetOur charges are quoted to the customer before we schedule a service call so they are aware of what we charge, which is attached for your reference so you can see our noteWe feel this claim is unwarranted.Sincerely,C*** *** President
