Response:We regret that the customer was inconvenienced nonetheless we are unable to transport students without permission On the date of the parents concern a highly publicized field trip took place Parents received communication on separate occasions and multiple postings were in place outlining the changeThe school dismisses at 3:pm and the student remained in the care of the school as parents were notified on 3/8/2016, 3/11/2016, and 3/17/that they would be responsible for the care of their student if their student did not have permission to attend the scheduled field trip (of students attended the field trip) We will do what we can to make this right and thank you for bringing this concern to our attention

The school dismisses at 3:20 pm and the student remained in the care of the school as parents were notified on 3/8/2016, 3/11/2016, and 3/17/2016 that they would be responsible for the care of their student if their student did not have permission to attend the scheduled field trip (45 of 54 students attended the field trip).  We will do what we can to make this right and thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.

Academy. Field Trips require planning and confirmation of the number of students attending.  The parent did not follow the field trip guidelines and Kiddie Academy reported final numbers and finalized staffing based on the 53 students that registered according to the field trip guideline. Two emails were sent, two text messages were sent, flyers were posted, and a face-to-face conversation occurred.   If an individual is not known to a KA staff member we request ID at pick-up. The complainant does have a student that has behavior challenges and often times hurts other students.  We have worked with the parent to improve student behavior.

On March 28th I went up to Kiddie Academy and spoke with a lady who claimed she was the owner after I waited three days for a phone call without a response. I u detest and that they cannot transport without permission. That's the thing I was never notified. The owner told me that notifications were emailed. The owner could not provide me an email address of where this permission slip when to. I told her I would have been happy with a phone call. Again I know that they cannot transport without permission but I never received anything. Why would I try to put my son on the bus if I received this notification? A few months back I was told that my payment reserves his spot. I had been on disability leave up until that Thursday so my son was not at the after school program. I believe they assumed that he had this information. He's not the parent, I am. We never received anything. They left him at the school outside outing down raining and the bus driver did not see him back into the school. Another child happen to see him and let him back inside of the school. He was left unattended.
