Kiddie Crusoe

We intended to celebrate my nieces 2nd birthday! My family flew in from Atlanta with great hope of having some family fun and good memories. When my 82 year old grandmother entered the facility she was hungry so we asked to order food. The *** Manager on duty told my 82 year old grandmother that she could not order food until 6:00 pm because she didn't have anyone there to cook the food at the time. I knew at this point that we made a mistake by booking this party with this company.

When entering the facility the staff person did not provide a warm friendly greetings. Instead, she said, "What party you here for? Have a seat and sign the waiver forms" There was no warm fuzzy welcome at all..In fact, she was even rude to other staff entering and leaving the facility. In addition, the area in the front to your left was so junky and dirty it was almost unbelievable how much clutter was visible. I attached a picture of the front area unattended for more that 10 minutes along with the clutter. On this day they clearly needed more staff present!

Later, my party assembled in the rear of the facility to only find a snake squirming actively around the jumbo moon bounce. The children from my party cried immensely! Four of my guest left with their children. This was so embarrassing not to mention, it took the Supervisor Angie a good 20 minutes to get the snake out of the area. I asked for a percentage of my money back and was denied by the Supervisor (Angie). She said, "You need to file your concerns online first before any actions could be taken" Who does that?????? ð??³ I am politely asking you to accommodate me for my inconvenience and you want the world to see it first before you consider? Un heard of!

My guest and parents were so disappointed that they agreed to never visit this place again. "We traveled from Atlanta for this?" Is what they kept repeating...On top of that, my niece received lots of gifts and money. My father was about to secure her presents by taking them to the car and the manger said you need to pay first before I let you take your gifts! As if we were going to run away without paying our bill!! When my party began to leave, the same rude manager cut the lights out while we were exiting the building. She didn't even wait until we made a complete exit!!!!! They have cameras everywhere so you can see we are not lying.... My parents are pastors of a church and I am a minister myself. We are taught to treat people with kindness and with love/respect. We come from a strong Christian background and was devastated by the rudeness. When we all got outside, there was another family in the parking lot complaing about there experience saying that the same manager that mistreated us works one day a week on Saturday's and is always rude and unprofessional. We could not remember her name otherwise, I would have listed it for your review as well.

This experience was not just horrible it was un-exceptable!!!! It literally traumatized me and a few of the children. I had approximately 20 children in attendance for this party and family members who flew in from Lawrenceville, GA to only be treated with absolute rudeness! We want a full refund!!!DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY WITH KIDDIE CRUSOE. SHORT STAFF/SNAKES/A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!
