I was very upset at the fact that my mother and I were discriminated as we were on the boat, the tour guide was doing a great job describing different scenes around us and then after he finished showing us the different sceneries around us he asked everyone in the boat where they were visiting fromAs he was going around the boat, my mother and I were getting ready to say we were visiting from Chicago but as it was our turn he (old age, Caucasian man) completely skipped my mother and IIn the beginning I thought maybe he just didn't see us but it was impossible since he asked the people that were sitting right in front and behind us and we had two dogs with us that made us stand outThe boat wasn't completely full therefore it couldn't have been that he was in a rush to get through everyoneI realized my mother and I were the only hispanic people in the boat and I am not sure if this was the reason why we got treated differently, but if he has a problem with other people from different ethnicity's he clearly shouldn't be working thereThis really upset me since this was the first time that my family (dad, mom, and three sisters) and I went out together in a vacation and as you can imagine we didn't have such a great experienceMy whole vacation got ruined from this experience since this had NEVER happened to me, I hope no one else has to go through this awful experience and that this behavior from the staff may be corrected
