[redacted] and her live in boyfriend [redacted] has continually slandered and lied regarding incidents that have conspired since Ms [redacted] left her ranch on the said date of around November Ms [redacted] has continuously harassed Ms [redacted] and her minor child [redacted] who is years oldShe has been calling numerous agencies including her landlord Attorney [redacted] of Fort Pierce, the police department, probation department, housing, and MsCaldwells family, all in regards to defamating and slandering her characterThese said calls are documentedShe also harassed Ms [redacted] 's landlord Mr [redacted] in the hopes that she would be kicked out of her homeShe also made police reports about Ms [redacted] jumping her gate and stealing chickensMs [redacted] has proof and receipts for her chickensMs [redacted] showed up with a pet carrier after she received permission to retrieve her chickens, which she didAl Colaizzi, Ms [redacted] boyfriend, paid Ms [redacted] 's daughter Tyler $to leave her rooster there on the farm and Ms[redacted] agreedMs [redacted] also knowingly filed charges against Ms [redacted] stating that she stole (horse items totaling $744.00) from her ranch, but could not produce a list, names, or individual amounts of any items claimed to be taken and that could not be substantiated and Detective [redacted] said that the claims was unsubstantiated againMs [redacted] had to drop all chargesThe Police checked all of Ms [redacted] 's horse items and nothing was from Ms [redacted] ranch as she claimedIt is also documented that she tried to get her daughter after she went into DCF care in hopes of receiving her check [redacted] M[redacted] left her ranch legally with her horsesShe also tried to get Ms [redacted] "s horse Teka from the property she was moved to after she was incarcerated for a technical charge after alerting her probation officer and was reinstated with no problemsMs [redacted] child was placed into DCF custody because of the accusations from Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] received unsupervised visitations on January 25, 2016, less than month after she was detained for the technical chargeMs[redacted] is in receipt of a letter from DCF stating that the illicit drug use that Ms [redacted] claimed to have been going on is falseMs [redacted] has also signed and agreed with Detective Rick Stuhr not to prosecute Ms [redacted] for the theft of a cage that Ms [redacted] took from Ms [redacted] 's home when Ms [redacted] called animal control and had Ms [redacted] animals removed from the home, which one escaped out the back door and was never found, which Ms [redacted] had to pay to get them all backMs [redacted] has posted pictures of said minor child [redacted] without permission and posted trademark logo pictures of another business without permission on her websiteMs [redacted] is in possession of all pictures and accusations that were placed on Ms [redacted] website and on facebookAll pictures of Ms [redacted] 's animals need to be removed from Ms [redacted] websites, flyers, and business cardsAlso we are in receipt of texts and statements from Ms [redacted] own mother and sister stating that she is mentally unbalanced, and has been her whole lifeShe is on medication for this conditionShe has also been making slanderous accusations about Ms [redacted] to everyone she meets, the daughters of a woman that Ms [redacted] does advertising with told Ms [redacted] "you wouldn't believe what this lady is saying about you to complete strangers"Also all internet propaganda and comments, along with pictures need to be taken off her business website and facebookMs [redacted] has made slanderous acusations that Ms [redacted] 's horse Teka was not properly cared for and Ms [redacted] is in receipt of Veterinary records that show the horse was attended to and all her needs were metMs [redacted] claims that she was well taken care of at her rescue ranch before Ms [redacted] left, when in turn it was Ms [redacted] who owned the horse for a year and a half and was also taking care of Ms [redacted] horses for at least one year and a half until she left with her last horse Diablo from Ms [redacted] supposed rescue ranchMs [redacted] has gone out of her way to try to make this woman's and her daughters life unbearable

She has been calling numerous agencies including her landlord Attorney [redacted] of Fort Pierce, the police department, probation department, housing, and Ms. Caldwells family, all in regards to defamating and slandering her character.
