Revdex.com:

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:They never once agreed to repair the ac condenser, wow!!! More lies, I just knew they would tell the whole truth this time and I meant exactly what I said about these rip-off, lying, scandals!!! Yes they did give me $200, half for the repairs from another trusted shop for the ac condenser! This other trusted shop also revealed to me that this vehicle was involved in an accident on the passenger side which was never revealed to. I understand why is was not listed on the carfax because the previous owner did not go through insurance most likely. *** *** even admitted knowing that he saw and knew this vehicle was in an accident. The tire they replaced was the wrong size tire per discount tires and I have since then purchased new tires plus a full size spare tire/rim, did not want to go back to them again for anything!!! I agreed to the $and this issue is resolved but these people ARE CROOKS and God will fix them!!! Regards,
*** ***

The issues with Ms *** has been taken care of and we sold her a Jeep Grand Cherokee that she is extremely happy with.Ms *** notified me that if you have any questions you can contact her. Please let me know if you need anything elseThank you for your time

The  customer purchased the vehicle on January 6th, 2017. They brought the vehicle to our service department on March 6th, 2017 with the complaint of a check engine light, high RPMs, and the engine knocking. Even though the vehicle was purchased as is, McLeod Auto Sales went above and beyond in...

fixing the vehicle. We replaced the exhaust manifold, upstream oxygen sensor, front brakes and rotors, fuel tank vent valve, evaporative canister purge solenoid, and front wheel bearings. The total bill McLeod Auto Sales covered in good faith was $1,573.26. The customer brought the vehicle back June 21st, 2017 with the complaint that the engine had starting knocking that day. The vehicle was immediately pulled into our service center and found to have half a quart of oil with no oil leak. The vehicle had been driven over 10,000 miles with out a single oil change per our technicians inspection and our conversation with the customer. We offered our customer to repair the vehicle at a discounted rate or to finance them into a newer vehicle. The customer declined. We can not cover repairs caused by customer negligence.

Mr. [redacted]       Thank you for your purchase. As you have stated in your complaint the truck you purchased did have a 2-year/24000 extended service plan. Unfortunately we do not have Sunday hours so the first issue you had with overheating would have unfortunately had to...

wait till the shop was open to be resolved. As you stated you took the initiative to repair the truck in the driveway.     As with any extended service plan wearable items and service items (rear differential fluid) are not typically covered. It is unfortunate we could not line up a time to get the truck into the shop, My files indicate an open and closed repair order with no balance and a estimate to service the rear-end but no service completed      I do not show a record of the truck being here for several days about front/rear end issues, power steering issues or head gasket problems. One policy we do have is to not speculate on causes of mechanical issues.      Extended service plans do of course have terms and as the service plan in question had lapsed it would absolutely be standard procedure to provide an estimate for discovered/implied repairs. Although I do not have any record of this estimate being generated I would honor the quote if it could be produced.     Our property is secured by 34 video cameras and theft by employees has never been an issue. I am required to keep all copies of contracts and originally signed documents so it is no issue to provide you those documents that you allege were removed from your vehicle. This could have been produced at any point.     Tires are also wearable items and are not covered by any extended service contract because they are designed to wear out. even road hazard "warranties" are prorated for wear. I have enclosed pictures of the tires on the truck when it was sold to show ample thread life remaining.     I cannot speak for the apparent lack of communication from the service advisor but will apologize for the inconvenience. Any service plan we sell is **lid nationwide at any licensed repair facility. There are also extended service plans on the market that will extend coverage to 100K past the purchase mileage that can be bought at any time, None will cove wearable items or any service events.        I also have attached an email from you advising me Mr. [redacted] was to contact an attorney at which point we have terminated further communication.   **

Ms [redacted] purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sontata from us on 08/16/2017 after driving the vehicle for approx. one week she discover that a tire was leaking air and that the ac was not blowing as cold. After our service department discovered that there was a small hole in the condenser we informed her...

she would need to replace condenser and that we would take care of the tire issue. The reason that we did not cover condenser was that the vehicles ac worked perfectly before and for a week after Ms [redacted] took delivery if the ac condenser would have been damaged before delivery she would have noticed right of way. We offered to repair at cost and that offer was declined. I asked Ms [redacted] to please contact me if she had any other concerns, and I did not hear back from her.  Ms [redacted] took vehicle to separate repair facility and had condenser replaced. Ms [redacted] then made a complaint and a review with Revdex.com. I reached out to Ms [redacted] and asked her to meet me and come up with a resolution. We met and I decided to offer her to pay for the cost of the condenser that she paid for but not the labor, she accepted and left on very good terms. She told me she would be removing review. Thank you for your time and if you have any further questions please don not hesitate to call.

I have researched our records and do not show a customer by the name of [redacted] that has visited our dealership in the past year.  She also stated that the sales person  she spoke with was [redacted].  I have not had a sales person to work here by that name.  If Ms....

[redacted] would like to come in, we would be happy to visit with her and see what we can do to assist her with purchasing a vehicle.  Let me know if you require any further information from me regarding this request.

Tell us why here...not only is this inaccurate , it’s just plain dishonest ! We have tried repeatedly to please mrs [redacted] , but it appears that’s not really what she’s looking for .mrs [redacted] signed not one but several documents stating she wanted a service contract on her vehicle . We have...

offered repeatedly to refund the service contract back if she no longer wants it  . I don’t know what else to do . it’s really simple  if she doesn’t want the warranty she just needs to send the request in writing or email so we can cancel it and refund the money .

Our in house accounts are reported to the credit bureau by an electronic batch.  The system should only pick up accounts that are past due 30 days or more, but according to Trans Union, it did report him past due since a payment was due at the time the batch was submitted.  This...

was an apparent error in the system.  Our in house Account Manager, directed Mr. [redacted] to the Trans Union website with our subscriber number to report the error.  This occurred on 1/18/18 and has to go through a review and approval process before the bureau is updated with the new information.  As of 2/4/18, we received notification from Trans Union that the correction was in fact made to their reporting. Although, it may take up to 30 days to reflect on new reports pulled.  I have drafted a letter to Mr. [redacted] and attached a copy of the credit bureau correction notice so that he can provide this information to anyone that may need notification of the error in advance.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused Mr. [redacted].

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards, I accept this resolution with the understanding that my credit report will reflect said correction. The buisness never directed me to any website to file a complaint that was an untrue statement.
