At this time, I have been contacted directly by Kidpik LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I have emailed the company several times and get a simple response of there's nothing they can do...I proceed to explain the situation surrounding my attempts to return the items but then never hear back from them In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] They never refunded me the stuff I sented back or replaced them the just charged me for the whole box in full I sented back replacement sizes never received any response from them and the whole box I sented back never replace it or refunded my money or replaced them so I need my money back or free boxes to replace and not pay for shipping or handling cause I already paid for and let me know that is whatthe boxes are for thank you in advance for your time In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer received boxes: Order *** delivered 10/*/Customer only returned the quilted jacketCustomer was correctly charged $for the remainder of the box Order *** delivered on 1/**/Customer returned everything with the exception of the studded strand bracelet
Customer was correctly charged $for the kept item - See attached detail from our system (files attached)

We have resolved the issue with the customer and refunded the customer their money
Reached out to customer and settled the current exchange issue
Please be advised customer was issued a full refund on 12/**/16 in the amount of $96.72 via our credit card processor

What they are saying wrong I sent back all in box order #[redacted] and was charged 89.18 and in box order #[redacted] sku # [redacted], sku#[redacted], sku#[redacted] And was charged 94.28 So I want a adjustment in my bill gor the stuff I sent back or sent me something of equal value.
