The service with this company is horrible. No one is there to answer phone calls. It has been established that they messed up our order. It is July 21st and my daughters High School graduation pictures were delivered incorrectly on June 15th. Within 24 hours I sent a detailed email explaining what was wrong with the order. Within the week I mailed said photographs back to the company. In total my family and I spent $340 on photographs and have yet to receive our complete order. One complete set of photographs was on the wrong back ground. Our additional sheets were not included and they claimed that the offer for the cost of additional sheets is not what they do, so I scanned the document with the prices to prove that it was offered at my daughters school. They said they would honor it but so far they have not. I have called three times and had to leave a message with no return phone call, all of this after I returned their incorrect pictures. I am frustrated and annoyed. My daughter leaves for college in a few weeks and has not been able to share her senior pictures with family and friends as we had planned. I have contacted my daughter's high school to let them know not to use this company for future sittings.
