This is by far the best place to buy baby furniture. The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. I did everything on the phone to purchase furniture for my grandson and could not have been happier. I even purchased a crib for my house from a photo they sent me. The furniture is beautiful and they saved me a considerable amount of money. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute pleasure. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for quality furniture, exceptional customer service at a good price. The delivery people were on time, efficient and extremely careful. I wish there were more stars because I think this place deserves more than five. Thank you so much to Matt, Rebecca and Rachel.

On or about Feb 10th, 2018, my wife and I purchased almost $7000 in kids furniture and accessories for our kids. The sales associate told us delivery in 4-6 weeks. At the 8 week mark & no call, we decided to contact the store for an update. At which time, we were told to contact the warehouse cause they don't handle that issue at the store level. We then leave several messages requesting a call back. Nothing! We then turn back to the store and sales associate who gladly took our order but now reroutes are calls to the warehouse. Finally get in touch with "the Owner". Great right? NO! After speaking with him and thinking maybe we are back on track, he forgets to call me back for days and claims to be waiting for the manufacturing company to call him back. Poor customer service nonetheless. Finally he tells me 2 pieces are on back order but that they will deliver the other pieces in the meantime. When the delivery arrives, they are missing 4 items, not the 2 he originally said. To top it off, when I wasn't looking, the delivery guys drill bigger holes in the slot where the shelf for the bookshelf go. Now the bookshelf falls. Now June and more complaining, I finally get a call that my missing items are in. When they deliver, I have them look at the bookshelf to be told that's how it's suppose to go. Then I ask the delivery guy, "if that's so" how would that allow me to use the other levels for the shelf. He then proceeds to literally hammer bigger holes into other areas to prove his point. That's how you change the shelf on a bookshelf? Really? I had to convince them to take it back out of fear my son would drop the shelf and everything on it onto himself. 5 weeks after that episode, I'm still waiting for a call back to let me know when they are bring me a new bookshelf. Customer service at the worst levels from the associate to the owner! I'm a Military Serviceman who from the beginning has been respectful and beyond patient. But my family has been taken advantage of!

Let me start off my agreeing that the merchandise did take longer then the estimated lead time relayed to the customer. The manufacturer ***, is a unique component based loft and bunk bed system where you can create many different versions of a bed by adding or taking away components. At one point, the customer was informed of the delays and agreed to allow us to do split deliveries, the major components first and then the secondary (non-essential components) at a later date. All said and done, there were some communication gaps between the manufacturer, our office personnel and the customer who was relayed erroneous information that was given too us. I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused this family.

As far as the issue with a bookcase that he is trying to explain, there are holes drilled out by machinery that allow shelf pins to be inserted into the side walls of this bookcase, to hold up wooden shelves. Most of the time the shelf pins need to be forced into the holes by the furniture installer, these holes are designed to be tight to ensure a tight fitting shelf pin. The customer was present when he witnessed my furniture installer manipulating the shelf pin into the tight hole, what looked like rigging was actually my installers intuition ensuring the shelf does not fall out and injure a child. After witnessing what he believed to be rigging, he voiced his displeasure and wanted to return the bookcase, my installer who has 17 years experience, assured him that this was common and was not defective, the customer focused on his beliefs and to quell the situation, my installer was going to enlarge each hole with a drill and bit, he was stopped by the customer, who insisted on returning the item and getting a new one.

Hence, the stock level backlog round 2. The replacement shelf was ordered and has now been received into our warehouse. We have just recently attempted to contact the customer to arrange a delivery, but have not yet been responded to. We will continue to contact the customer to set up a delivery to complete our contract.

I do apologize for the delays, I do apologize for the communication issues and I have appeased this customer with getting them a new bookcase.

I would like to offer this customer a $50 *** gift card to possibly use towards some decorations for their childs bedroom.

It was completely effortless and stress free on our part. Their service team is easy to get in touch with and get answers from, unlike when you buy from big box stores.
