Hello Revdex.com and those involved with concern #[redacted].Be advised that the person/persons initiating the complaint have also allegedly filed a complaint with the Dept. of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division regarding the same concern. As we are a licensed facility this represents a...

very important governing body for us. Complaints files with Community Care Licensing have one of three possible outcomes/results. They are as follows: Founded, unfounded or inconclusive. The result of the alleged complaint was unfounded. Just to be clear that means the evidence available resulted in not an inconclusive (They said we said scenario), but rather a situation in which the evidence did not support their concern. As we provided proper quality services we did in fact charge for those services. The check that the complaint initiator referenced is a refund of monies that are on account that have not been used yet and as they stated themselves was ready has already been mailed to them. The full $225 mentioned will not be refunded as some of the money was spent on services that we as well as Community Care Licensing have established as being of quality. Again we have refunded and mailed all monies not utilized already on quality care by the person initiation the complaint.      Thank you for your interest in this matter as well as your attention to proper business practices in general. It is noticed and appreciated.     Please feel free to contact us in the event more information is needed in regards to this issue. We have more data associated with this matter but do not wish to cause the person initiating complaint #[redacted] any embarrassment and certainly do all we can to not go on the defensive with any more information than what is necessary to clear the concern, as we try to protect the privacy of our clients.

I let her know he picked up a copy of the registration form and the only other information on his child would be the receipts for each of his visits. She asked if I could get thise receipts for him. I let her know I would get them. I called [redacted] after I spoke to Licensing. I asked what exactly he wanted from us. He said he wanted a copy of everything we had on his child. I explained to him the only information we have on his child is the registration form, which he already had a copy of, and the receipts which show the days, times, and payments which I could print out for him. He said yes he would like the receipts. I told him I would print them out and they would be at the Folsom center for him to pick up on May 19, 2016 anytime after 8:30am. Please be advised though we did ask for this particular child to be picked up on a certain day as the child was having a challenging time acclimating to a one teacher to 12 children ratio, we did not disallow the child in question from using our services. We simply asked the parent to communicate with us about ideas and practices that may assist is aiding in a possible transition to a 1 to 12 ratio. We are a licensed facility and must maintain safety for all our friends. Perhaps this child can acclimate to our licensed ratio, perhaps they can not, we don't know as we never had a chance to tackle that In a calm and business like manner. The day we called and asked for the child to be picked up was a result of the child requiring one on one care. This compromises the safety of other friends and as such is not viable. This does not constitute a removal. The service was used and charged for correctly, the service provided was of quality. Therefore the money is collected to pay for our operational expenses as our business plan calls for. Thank you for your time. Sent from my iPhone

I am rejecting this response because it was their decision to remove my child from their faculties. I'm still requesting my full refund.

Review: My Son is enrolled in Kids camp when he is with my ex wife. I have custody 80/ she has 20. I called and asked for the registration information starting in August. I was put off every time and was told for months that they were working on it and someone would call me back. Despite calling them repeatedly and asking for my sons registration information, I never received a call. I went to the location this week and gave them a copy of our custody agreement and proof of being his father. I was told they wouldn't submit the information and I would get a copy. I called the next day and was told they were working on it. I called two days later and was told that information is private and they wouldn't provide it for me. I then called their "corporate " number and was again refused the information. They told me as a private daycare they don't have to provide this to me as his father. They did tell me he was listed as another mans child, and they were suspending the account until it was straightened out. I notified my ex wife and told her I wanted a copy of the paperwork. She told me she was to busy. I received a call from the camp literally a minute later telling me she had just picked up the paperwork from their office for me and everything was cleared up. I told them I knew they were lying because I had just talked other and knew she was at work. They declined to say Anything else and refused to give me any information. I am legally entitled to a copy of my sons daycare/preschool enrollment information and I have been refused this since August of 2015. This daycare is breaking the law by denying parental access to this basic information about my son. According to CA Family Law 3025 I cannot be refused Access to my minor child's records. I have provided all information to them required by law, and I have been ignored and lied to repeatedly.Desired Settlement: I would like a copy of my sons original enrollment and registration information as well as any records, notes, logs associated with his name and activities there. I would like an activity record of when he has been at the preschool, attendance, fees, and registration.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

My complaint entirely was how poorly I was treated. Since last year 2015 in August I tried getting documents on my son. I was unaware of him being there for daycare. I simply called to request information on my son. At that time I shared custody with my ex and learned that he has been attending their daycare. I called a few times back in August, September and October 2015 to get nothing but my Manager will call you back as soon as they get in. I also tried getting information from my ex-wife. Nothing happened for quite some time. In May I did call several times and received again nothing but my manager will call you back. When I finally reached someone, I still was treated poorly and that is when I finally contacted the state and filed a complaint. After receiving the receipts and one copy of the registration form, I learned that my son was not allowed back to the daycare until that was all figured. They punished my child for what his mother had done in the first place. This entire situation should have been handled back in August of 2015. I truly felt discriminated against and hope no one else runs into this problem.
