Ms. [redacted],I do not see a balance in the amount you mentioned.  There is a current balance on the account in the amount of $235.  There was a $200 missed/failed appointment charge for a hospital surgery appointment that [redacted] did not show for in May 2014.  The remaining $35 balance...

was for a 2/14 recall appointment.  The insurance paid all but $35.  I will adjust off the $200 hospital cancellation fee even though we provided a doctor and assistant at the hospital to take care of [redacted].  That will leave a $35 balance for the 2/3/14 visit that is still due.  If you could please submit payment for that final amount, we will remove the account from our active file.

Review: First, when my daughter's braces were being put on for the first stage, the woman who was assisting began to choke my daughter because she shoved too much gauze too far into her mouth. This was a bad start for us. Second, I left a message at the office saying that I needed to change the payment method because I wanted to use my Health Care Savings card and I will not be putting funds into the autopay account I used prior. No one ever called me back and I was charged on the account I said was not to be used. When I called again I was told no one ever received my message. I asked that they cancel that transaction and I would pay the balance in full. This will satisfy what I owe them and the bank will reverse the overdraft fee I was charged. She agreed and took my payment. I was never given the refund. Third, I receive a call a week later from the office. A woman (who failed to apologize until I expressed how upset I was) said she just realized she overlooked my voicemail from several weeks before about my payment and wanted to know if I still needed help. Fourth, for the next phase in my daughter's braces on 3/20/15 (this past Friday), the same woman who started to choke my daughter, put the springs on her braces. My daughter said that she felt very uncomfortable with the woman and even more so now as she hurt her again. When putting on the right spring, my daughter said it went on easy. When the woman put on the left spring the woman was forceful and kept pressing hard into her mouth to the point of severe pain for my daughter who was holding in tears. This left spring protruded out much further and hurt. Each day it cut more and more into her cheek. On the evening of 3/25/15, the spring detached and a bar fell out. Her cheek is cut and raw. I waited over an hour for the after hours Orthodontist who called to ask that I use TOENAIL CLIPPERS to cut the hanging spring in her mouth. That is unsanitary, disgusting and would leave a sharper wire which would only cut her more. Unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and to take my daughter's dental care elsewhere. I will never settle for subpar care when it comes to my children. Their lack of training, disgusting unsanitary advice and poor management of financial matters leaves little to be desired.

Review: Kids Care Dental did a cleaning for my Grandson ([redacted]) in 2013. That fee was paid in full at that time. They scheduled him to come in and get all work needed in one settting approximately 9 months later. We planned for this. I called a few days before this was to take place because I hadn't heard from them. When I called, they knew nothing about it. They said the lady that scheduled it was no longer working for them so we would have to start the whole process over. I told her forget it. We are going to find another Dentest.Since then, they call and say they are giving us a reminder that [redacted] has a appointment. I have told them over and over we do NOT want them to call anymore, we are not interested. Today I recieved a bill in the amount of $732.00 For missed failed appt.& Mareting offer.Desired Settlement: I want this bill taken off . I want them to quit contacting us. I would like them to be investigated.
