Kids Carousel

I went to Kids Carousel to find a dress for an upcoming gathering, I stressed to the employee how I was pressed for time and how I was worried the dress might not fit due to the face that I am short. The employee assured me the dress would be there in time and their alterations lady would be able to fix it same day for me. I also asked about the return policy and the clerk informed me that the owner will give me a full refund if the dress does not leave the store. I then paid the store for the dress and went to pick it up two days before my gathering when it finally arrived in the store, I decided I didn't want it because the alternations lady was not able to alter the dress in time, so I left the dress at the store and have been trying to contact the owner for my refund. They are making it extremely difficult for me to get my money back, "you need to see the owner" (The owner is not available) "You need to see the clerk that took your money" "I can't do anything, you need to see the owner." I have asked for the owner to give me a call 5 times now and have not heard from her at all.
