Kids Dentistree (Middletown)

This office scheduled back to back appointments for my children and then refused to allow my younger child in the operatory and asked me to wait in the lobbyMy son was having one of his baby teeth removed and has never had anything but a cleaning beforeThen their only solution was to rescheduleI believe that since they did not inform me of this policy that they should have allowed us back with hisI have now missed another day of work, he has another day of schoolDoctors and Dentist offices should really be run like a business instead of an omnipotent forceIf my company messes up we fix it and this office does not feel that they need to take responsibility for their mess up [redacted]

My daughter *** who is years old went to this dentist office for a routine visitI had called my insurance company and also *** who works there to make sure that I will be cover for her well visits at 100%My daughter had her teeth looked at and some fluoride applied to itminutes maximum that we was in thereCouple of weeks later I get a bill that I'm responsible forI call my insurance on 6/5/and they assure me that I should have been covered at 100%I called the office to resolve the issue and *** tells me that the claim was sent as something else other than a route visitI asked her to help me resolve the issues and she refusedMy daughter will never go back to that dentist officeThey lied to me about my office visit, after telling I would be covered at 100% which is also what my insurance company saidThis place of business is a joke and I will make sure to let the whole city know

My son has an anxiety about going to the dentist after having a very bad experience with Kids Dentistree on Dixie Highway The hygienist at Middletown did a very good job with my son but it was apparent that the dentist did not read his chart because she did nothing to calm his fears In fact, I think she has made his anxiety even worse Calling to follow up on his treatment is ridiculous They answer the phone about a third of the time and have never called me back

I'm not satisfied with the response because I already tried to resolve the issue over the phone with a lady name [redacted] She refused to help me, so this is why I've made this complaint. I was told by my insurance company and by [redacted] that I should be cover at 100% for my daughters dentist appointment. And on top of that, they try to charge me more than what I'm supposed to be paying (if I had to pay) Not happy with the service at all either. Would not be recommending this place to anyone. ]
