After years of business as a cosignor with this children's consignment organization, I expressed an issue directly to the regional owner's over unpaid and missing clothing from the Spring 2012 consignment sale valued at $500+. This issue remains unresolved to this day. I previously advertised this consignment sale as the best to the many venues that I frequent. As a result of the unsatisfactory resolution, I no longer do so and has formally requested to be removed from all advertising listserv's owned and operated by this company. Requests were made on 8/22/2012, 9/4/2012, and 1/9/2013 via email. Despite this request, I continue to receive no less than 20 additional email solicitations from 1/10/2013 to date. I received two emails today which is the last straw. I do not wish any further contact unless it is to resolve this dispute.Desired SettlementNo further contact by email or mail for advertising or solicitation until the dispute is resolved.Business Response We have removed her from all mailing list as she requested. As far as the statement that we owe her $500.00, there was a discrepancy with her tags. Our website plainly states that all tags must be printed from our website, and that tags may not be manipulated. She emailed me a copy of a tag that she said she put on her mother's items and brought to our sale.The tag that she emailed me had a consignor number in the 90,000's. Our computer system is not able to generate a number that high. Our consignor numbers only go up to 22,000, and each new number is given out in order. The computer system also generates a sort number on the tags. Instead of a sort number, her tag said XX. If she printed these tags from our website, then they were manipulated. We had no one registered under her mother's name, and no one registered under the consignor number that she emailed me. We also had no sales under that consignor number. When I responded to her email with this information, she said that she was busy for the weekend and would contact me on Monday, but I never heard back from her. Sincerely, [redacted]
