Kids First Swim Schools regarding complaint ID [redacted].  This does not surprise me, since a few of their other locations have an "F" rating on your website as well. I guess the lack of customer service is in the corporate culture of this organization. Thank you either way for looking into it for us.

Review: We reserved our daughters 9th birthday party at this location. We arrived 40 minutes early to set up for the party to find out that this business had double booked the room that we knew of. After waiting for 40 minutes and our guests started arriving we asked where we should set up. The staff became belligerent, rude and very defensive about their mistake. They even started making racist remarks in describing our group. They did not have enough chairs or tables for us to set up, the trash cans we were given still had trash from the previous party, the few tables we received still had cake on them from the previous party and the floors were dirty. The changing room was backed up and had flooded. Long story short the staff got to be so bad that this joyous event turned into an ordeal where my daughter and wife were crying and our guests were shocked at the way the staff was acting. They did not even give us a contract or an e-mail acknowledgement when we booked the party. Should you need more information I can send you a copy of the email that I have sent to their management staff further explaining the situation. Unfortunately, after speaking with their regional person, I now realize why they think their bad employees are valuable, it starts from the top.Desired Settlement: A full refund and an apology from their staff to my daughter and wife.
