Review: We were in this place in a room with no air vents there were cockroaches in the room as well. We told them we had 13kids they asked for the kids names as they came in but didn't ask ages and try to make us not only pay for 20 kids but 5 of them were 16-20 they asked for names not ages they also told us that if we go over the13 they will let us know because after 13 it was $23 per kids for the party mean while on a regular day it's $8 per kid so we try talking to the [redacted] who walked away from us using the term "ya people always do this" we are American Puerto Rican we had to get the police involved in order for him to do the right thing they have a age limit but don't ask for ages and wanted to charger us a really high bill I also paid out of pocket for two pies of pizza and all they gave us was 13 slices for 13 kids they even gave us 13 kids candy bags I just want people to be aware that they try to just rob people we told them 13 they said if we go over they will let us know we didn't know until the end of the party after some family left that they took 20 names and try to make us pay $613 on topic the $100 deposit for the room for that dayDesired Settlement: N/a

Review: On December **, 2014, I booked a party for my daughter's 9th birthday. It was $50 to reserve the party and I agreed and paid with my debit. The lady explained that if I was to cancel, that my deposit of $50 was non-refundable. I agreed and the same day went to Kids in Action to pick up my receipt. I had to cancel the party Thursday, December **, 2014. The lady said "ok." Saturday, December **, 2014, I checked my account and noticed that Kids in Action took $253 out of my account. The only thing that was explained that they would keep was my deposit of $50.. not $253 for services that I didn't receive.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I want my $253 back. The deposit of $50, they can keep which is what I agreed upon and told to me.
