I ordered and was charged for $108.31 worth of children's permethrin-treated (anti-tick) socks. I never received them.On April 12, 2013, I placed an on-line order with Kid's Katch. The order number was XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and included five (5) packages of Insect Shield Youth socks, Medium shoe size (size 1-3.5). Each package contains two pairs of socks. I paid the fee of $108.31 with my [redacted] card, and records from [redacted] indicate that the card was charged. It is now April 29, 2013, and I have not yet received the socks. I called the company and left a message a week ago but have not received a call back. The company's website is currently down, and the phone number that was listed now leads to a line that rings endlessly with no voicemail or opportunity to leave a message. I now suspect that the company is fraudulent.Desired SettlementI would like the socks that I ordered or a full refund.
