A/C Service performed on her vehicle. The vehicle left the shop blowing cold air and the A/C was working properly. We informed her that we added Freon, Oil, and Dye Leak Detector. (Dye Leak Detector works with a UV Light, In most cases if the Freon leaks out, the UV Light will show where.) On 09/28/2017 [redacted] returned to our shop stating the A/C in her vehicle was not working again. We performed the Leak check with the UV Light and could not pin point the Leak. We charge the system with Freon, Oil, and Dye again. Performed another UV Light test before it left the shop and could not find a leak. [redacted] was informed we did not find where the leak was and she would have to drive it more. She was also informed to bring it back if it stopped working again so we could test it with the light. The Oil and Dye need time to circulate through the system. [redacted] never returned to have us look with the light. She never notified us that is stopped working again.
