I enrolled my month old son at Kids Kingdom Daycare on Nov2, I signed up for full time care at $a week, Monday thru Friday from am to pmThe very first week I didn't work so decided to only take my son from around to am to around to pm just to get him used to being there(I still paid $for the week) It was 3:pm on Nov5th and I got a text message from ***The message said that I was late picking up my son and that they charge $per minute for every minute that I'm late picking up my sonFirst of all, I signed up and paid for a full time week(am to pm) Second of all, I mentioned I would try to be there by pm to pick up my son but I was running lateI didn't appreciate the threatening text message I received because I hadn't picked up my son by 3:I feel that is a very bad way to conduct business! It created such bad anxiety every time I drove to their house to drop off and pick up my sonThis is not a good feeling to have with someone you are trusting the care of your child to
The second week he was there, when I dropped off my son and when I picked him up, *** was nowhere to be foundMy son was left with the mother, *** *** does not speak English and I don't speak SpanishI couldn't even ask what my son ate for lunch or how long of a nap he took because I couldn't understand her*** knew that I didn't speak Spanish yet she didn't bother to write down how my sons day was or make sure that there was someone in the house that spoke English so they could translateI find this to be a safety issueThis is a very bad way to conduct business and I began looking for different care for my son the second week he was at Kids KingdomI do not recommend this business to anyoneTrust your instincts when it comes to the care of your child
