Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The T [redacted] 's response is a total fabrication and a complete misrepresentation of our phone callsFirst off, I was not aggressive and indignantI never raised my voice; I did not use profanity; and I never said MrsT [redacted] was lyingTheir assertion that I was aggressive is a complete falsehood - I simply was firm in my assertion that All-Pro had lost the frame parts and that they were on the screens when I brought them inMrT [redacted] is also not truthful when he offered for me to bring the screens back to shop for the problem to be resolvedHe never made this offer - he simply turned me over to MrsT [redacted] Like her husband, MrsT [redacted] denied losing the parts and said she noticed they were missing when I brought them in, but she never bother to inform me of that fact until I filed the complaintMrsT [redacted] , like her husband, said I was aggressiveI was notI was firm in my belief they had lost the parts and because I didn't agree with them, they falsely accused me of being aggressiveIf the missing parts were missing when I brought in the screens, they had an obligation to point that out to me at that timeBecause they never brought it to my attention at the beginning tells me the parts were NOT missing when I brought in the screensUnless they make some kind of adjustment to the billing or replace the missing partsI reject their responseI also reject their characterization of me being aggressive - That is a complete falsehood and an insult to any honest customer who has a justifiable complaint Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

I want All-Pro Glass & Screen to replace the lift tabs they lost on my window screensIf they won't do that, then they need to give me an appropriate credit so that I can purchase the lift tabs myself

Mr*** first talked to Mike T*** and shared his concern regarding the missing frame
parts and Mike’s first reaction was to make things right by asking Mr*** to bring the screens back so we could resolve the problem(Small issues like this get fixed by us no matter which party is responsible.) He then informed Mike that he was concerned about our ability to provide the part because it was not a standard screen pull like the ones we would replace during rescreening, but instead it was integral to the frame At this time Mike felt it would be better if he talked to Patti T***, the person who took the order, because she had a better idea of what would be needed to fix his issuePatti told Mr*** that she had explicitly remembered that these pulls where missing when the screens came in (it is not uncommon for people to bring in window screens that are in slightly less than perfect shape, and with them being a low cost item we do not note the imperfections on individual screens)At this time Mr*** became aggressive and began to behave indignantly as he quickly jumped to the conclusion that Patti was lying and we were withholding these parts from himPatti offered to talk with the screener to see if he had seen anything and to check the parking lot and screen storage area for the missing partsThe technician confirmed that they were missing before his first interaction with the screens and Patti’s search of possible areas came up negative Patti was very upset by Mr***’s behavior and asked our sales manager Brian to call him backBrian explained that we had looked around the shop and nothing had turned up and that he had also independently observed that the screens were missing this part before we had rescreened his screensBrian offered to help him locate replacements if Mr*** could provide him with the name of the window manufactureInstead, Mr*** continued to be aggressive and indignant, claiming that they were on his screens when he loaded them in the bed of his truck at his house about miles away from our shop and they weren’t when he got them back to his houseMr*** never made the claim that the he inspected them at out shop, his inspection was long before we took possessionAt this time, he was still asserting that surly we had this parts and we were holding them from him and hung up… This claim against us is unfounded and frankly very uncommon, if we had lost or broken this part of his screen we would have gone as far as ordering new screens at likely $50+ each from the original window manufacture if that was necessary to fix this issueAs stated above that was not the case and Mr*** behaved in a manner that did not allow us to help him fix his issue

Unless they make some kind of adjustment to the billing or replace the missing parts. I reject their response.
