You don't have to go very far. Beware! It's a giant scam by a fattie who claims to have been a professional soccer player. Look at the guy! It's a fat joke, almost! My poor little kid, who was so hopeful... Sob... Sob... I am a single mom, and wanted to share his father's passion for the game. This man took all the money $210... And Josef didn't even remember after the class how to kick the ball... This guy was always late, and his assistants never showed up on time... Beware!
Review: My son was enrolled in the Fall 2013 Saturday morning 4-6 year old program at [redacted] Elementary School in Washington DC. To say our experience with your program the season was dismal is putting it lightly. The program is 6 weeks and costs $139.99
1. One class was cancelled due to rain and was not rescheduled. The website indicates that if up to two classes are rained out, they will be rescheduled.
2. One class conflicted with a festival at [redacted], the coach did not show up, and the class was not rescheduled. In a phone call with the soccer program director, he indicated that permits were not required to use public school fields for classes such as these. The DC Public School system website indicates otherwise.
3. None of the classes we have attended had the same coach, which we feel shows complete disregard for the children. In fact, at least two sessions have had to be combined with the 2-3 year old program that runs at the same time because of coach no-shows.
4. I have sent emails to the company four times, with the exact same complaints as above, requesting a refund. I have also left 3-4 voice messages. I have never received a reply.
We believe the above reasons are more than adequate reasons to request our money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund.
Review: I have signed up my son (Age 9) and my daughter (Age 6) for two Saturday morning outdoor soccer sessions, which were to begin on September 21, through November 9, 2013 with Kids ProSoccer. The sessions were scheduled back-to-back: my daughter's session was to start at 9am and my son's session was to start at 9:45-10:45am. The only way for us to be able to do this with our schedule was on Saturday mornings, with back-to-back sessions for both kids.
On Friday night, September 20, I received an email from Kids ProSoccer, informing me that the 9:45-10:45 session was cancelled and that it was possibly being moved to Sunday. I emailed the company right away and told them that we are not available on Sundays and asked for a refund. I have since emailed three more times. One time, I did get a response that the cost of my son's session will be refunded. I replied that my kids are able to participated together only, and since there was absolutely no advance notice of my son's session cancellation and we couldn't make any alternative arrangements, then we would have to cancel both kids' enrollment. I received no response regarding my request for refund. Likewise, I did not receive the partial refund that was promised for my son's class to date.Desired Settlement: Prompt refund of the cost of the two soccer classes, totaling $320 to my credit card ($135 fee for my daughter's class and $185 fee for my son's class).
