I am responding to a letter I received from you all about complaint numberThis is not our customerThis man has submitted the same review/complaint all across the web, and I will respond the same way to this one as I have multiple times already: This man is upset about his mother's repair billThis man is not, and never has been, a customer of oursFurther, this is not the first occasion he has objected to his mother's bill, and yet she has continued to trust us with her repairs since This particular incident occurred weeks after we performed the work on her carHe came in to dispute the chargesEven though he was not a customer, and not authorized to make financial decisions for his mother, we still tried to be accommodating and explainthe charges to him; try to reach a compromiseHe became verbally abusive to our staff, raising his voice so you could hear him outside in the shop, and finally calling our General Manager namesShe asked him to leaveHe proceeded to post this complaint, first as himself, and then pretending this was his own experience, all over social media and now to youWe again tried to discuss the issue with him, this time via telephone, and he again became verbally abusive towards our General ManagerWe are still very amenable to settling this with our actual customer, his mother, even though we discussed the repairs, the cost, and received her approval prior to any work being performedShe has been a loyal customer for many years, and we don't want her unsatisfied in any wayShe has declined that offerFurther, she is aware that his description of both the bill and the services performed is not accurateFor example, she did not have one $coil replaced, she had coils and plugs replaced ($for one coil is actually cheaper than the price we paid the supplier for them)She did not have a tail light replaced, she had a tail light switch replacedIt is not the same thingThe list goes on and onWe have addressed this man's concerns twice in person, twice online, and now once to you all with no results other than some nasty language and crude names hurled at usWe will not speak to him again, and will certainly not tolerate verbal abuse toward any of our staff, female or otherwiseHe is no longer welcome on our premisesHowever, the offer remains, should his mother, our actual customer, decide she would like to bring up the matter, we will be more than happy to make sure she is satisfied

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My son is a minor (years old they would know that if they asked for ID) and the car does not belong to him (he only came for an estimate) I feel that this company has taken advantage of the situation, as the sign clearly state NO CHARGE FOR THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT This was the first time my car was looked at and when the manager spoke with me on the phone he did not mention anything about a ProCheck fee.When I arrived and spoke with the Manager, I advised him that my son was a minor and CANNOT enter into any contract When I started taking pictures of the sign was when the Owner came out and said PAY THE *Word redacted [redacted] BILL I contacted my sons father, a police officer, and advised him of the situation after he made the payment we waited minutes I then walked around the building to find my car still up on the lift, when I asked what the delay was it was told by the Owner to "get off his property" (all of which I have video taped) with a golf club in his hand.I told the Owner I would gladly get off his property when he returned my property He stated that he was not returning anything, so he called the police and so did I If payment was made, after being threaten with a golf club then why was the Owner unwilling to return my property? The trouble started when Ms*** started complaining loudly in the service waiting areaI was ask to come in and Ms*** informed me that she was not paying the bill and that we never had an ok to do the pro check I told her that she needed to pay the bill and, her responds was to loudly tell me she wasn'tI did tell her she could not have her car until she paid. Ms*** paid the bill after which we begin backing her car out she appeared behind the building an started cursing me to the point I felt threatenI called the police and the rest is history not a word from me at allI always walk around with a golf club and practice my golf swing

truck and his oil filter was leaking along with other leaks on his truckThe next day he calls and brings back his truck with oil running out the front sealwe find that the trucks engine had quarts of oil in the crankcase( there should be quarts)Mr*** admitted that he did not see the oil on his measuring stick so he add quarts.if you have double the amount of oil your crankcase you will leak oil from everywhere..Mr*** signed a waiver acknowledging that there was no warranty on customer provided parts

pro check on his cars air condition system. this include charging the air-condition system wit R134A Freon, than check for leaks. At that time we could not find any leaks. since R134A Freon is a gas it will eventually find it way out. We also installed some dye in with the Freon. Two days later Mr. [redacted] comes back and we take a look at his car air condition again, this time we do find a leak at the air condition condenser. We wrote him a estimate for replacing his condenser, and dryer. We did not charge him a second time.   [redacted]

My main complain is that I lost freon over night? Yet I went to my parents machanic and he checked my system 2 times for leaks and none was found. He also said that my system was bone dry no freon in it. So explain to me as to why this business would not replace my freon? Its not cheap and I dont appreciate thinking the compressor needs to be replaced when clearly its working fine they just did not refil the reon that they took out. I belive I have been done wrong and want it ti be correct so others dont have to encounter this.
